NOTICE OF COLLECTION!

WHAT: COLLECTION OF MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR 2ND SEMESTER SY 2023-2024
WHERE: COS STUDENT COUNCIL OFFICE (2/F COS BUILDING)
WHEN: FEBRUARY 20, 2024 (1:00 - 5:00 PM)
WHO: ALL ENROLLED COS FEMALE STUDENTS
WHY:

In accordance with the provision outlines in the Article III, Section 3. Of the 2023 College of Science Women’s Club (COS-WC) Constitution and By-Laws, which to wit: “Membership fee of twenty pesos (Php 20.00) shall be collected to all members of COS-WC every semester.” Furthermore, Article VII, The Assembly, Section 1. “The assembly shall be composed of all bona fide women students of the College of Science duly registered in the Women’s Club.”

HOW:
1. ALL OFFICIALLY ENROLLED COS FEMALE STUDENTS ARE HERE BY ADVISED TO VISIT THE COS-SC OFFICE TO PAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND CLAIM THEIR RESPECTIVE RECEIPT OF TRANSACTION.
2. AT LEAST ONE(1) REPRESENTATIVE EACH COURSE PER BLOCK ADVISE TO VISIT THE COS-SC OFFICE FOR THE MONITORING SHEET PROVIDED MY THE COS-WC. THE REPRESENTATIVE WITH THE PROVIDED MONITORING SHEET WILL COLLECT THE MEMBERSHIP FEE OF THEIR OWN BLOCK.

On November 21, 2023, the College of Science - Women's Club successfully ratified the organization's Constitution and By-Laws. Held at the CatSU Gymnasium. The proposed Constitution and By-Laws of the COS-Women's Club for the federation year 2022-2023 has been ratified by 100% of the attendees of the General Assembly.

The day started with a brief program, led by the organization's Vice-President. Ms. Maribel T. Ralla, COS-WC Adviser and COS-GAD Coordinator graced the morning with her remarks. The program continued as the COS-Women's Club officers were introduced. Then followed by the presentation of the COS-WC Constitution and By-Laws to the women students under the College of Science. Thanks to the dedicated effort of all the people invloved, the ratification process concluded successfully at 10:45 am.

𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

All women students under the College of Science are required to attend the General Assembly of the College of Science Women's Club, to be held at the Catsu Gymnasium on November 21, 2023 (Tuesday), from 7:30 AM-11:00 PM.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees, attendance will be distributed according to academic programs.We want to emphasize that official excuse letters for all COS programs and year levels have been duly approved by the SUC President III.

We earnestly stress that the attendance of ALL WOMEN students of COS is REQUIRED, and we look forward to your active participation in shaping the future of the College of Science – Women’s Club.

𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗦𝗨-𝗝𝗣𝗜𝗔 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗦𝗪𝗔𝗥

We extend our heartfelt thanks for being a part of the event. Your support and presence meant a lot to us and made it a remarkable gathering.

We learn so much knowledge, aspired to spread awareness regarding policies of accounting and auditing procedures among the recognized student organizations including those from Catanduanes State University (CatSU) Laboratory Schools, Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA)-CatSU
Chapter led the yearly Financial Statement Workshop and Reconstruction (FSWAR) on November 8, at the university gymnasium.

According to JPIA-CatSU President, Bea Marie C. Bernardo, this 2023 FSWAR aims to provide consistency, standards of acceptable performance and a way to effectively coordinate the efforts of the student organizations.
