Electronics Engineering Department UET Peshawar (Abbottabad campus) hosted its annual carrier fair and open house in collaboration with District Youth Office Abbottabad on August 24, 2023.
Final Year Projects from the Electronics Engineering Department were displayed to showcase the learning and technical aptitude of the students. Final year students and also the students from 1st , 2nd and 3rd year showcased their projects under the supervision of In-charge Career Liaison Office, Engr. Adnan Malik. The aim of the event was to foster the research, innovation and developments in the field of Electronics engineering by providing an opportunity to academia to exhibit their innovations to audiences from the industry and academia.
Different recruiting organizations joined the carrier fair making it a diverse hub of representatives from industries. It also ensured that job possibilities were there for the students of final year. Final semester students submitted their CVs and on spot interviews were also conducted. It is very encouraging that a good number of students is expected to get internships and jobs through this event.
