The patient is fine postoperatively. Patient P2Al2 with previous 2 c/sections scars presented with 3 months history of pain abdomen with variable intensity, pre op pelvic ultrasound showed large subserosal fibroud, per operatively 8×10 cm subserosal fibroid with cystic degeneration with myxoid changes(confirmed by histopathology)
