"Laylat al-Qadr," also known as the Night of Decree or Night of Power, is a special night in the Islamic faith that occurs during the last ten days of Ramadan. It is believed to be the night when the Quran was first revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

There isn't a specific prescribed dua (prayer) for Laylat al-Qadr, but Muslims often recite various prayers and supplications during this night, seeking forgiveness, guidance, and blessings. One common dua that is often recited is:

"Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'anni"
(اللهم إنك عفو تحب العفو فاعف عني)
Translation: "O Allah, You are the Forgiver, and You love forgiveness, so forgive me."

However, individuals may also offer their personal prayers and supplications from the heart, asking for guidance, blessings, and forgiveness. The important thing is to pray sincerely and with devotion.
