Admission Procedure of Islamia University Bahawalpur, Punjab
A Candidate / an Applicant seekingadmission in Bachelor & Master classes shall apply online as per prescribed procedure:
Step1: Candidates shall register himself / herself on the university Websitewww.iub.edu.pk by filling the registration form.
Step 2: After completing registration he/shewill be able to fill Admission
application form. While submitting the admission form, the applicants are advised tobecareful and provide the correct/ genuine information. (Submission of false statement may lead to cancellation of candidature /admission and also to legal / criminal action).
Step 3: After submission of valid application form the system will generate a challan form, to be printed by the candidate.
Step 4: The applicant shall deposit prescribed admission processing fee on auto generated challan in any nearest HBL branch.
Step 5: If applicant wants to apply in another program / department, he / she will go back to step 2. For every application form candidate will get a new challan and he / she will have to deposit separate application processing fee.
Step 6: If anapplicant needs to update his /her information, he / she will login usingcandidate registration information and password.
Step 7: The Candidatewill be able to check the status of his / her application online.
Step 8: If the candidate’s name appears in a merit list, he/she will present himself/herself in person, with in due time, along with all original documents to the admission committee of the respective department and follow the instructions of the committee

On the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan, Iftar party was organized by the Sindh Educational Council IUB in which the Honourable guests Sir Athar Mehmood Lashari Professor Saraiki Department ,Sir Sabtin Yasir Professor Gender studies IR department and Asif Ilyas President Culture Promotion Society IUB participated. We are highly thankful to the honourable guests who gave us their precious time. And on this occasion, appointment letters were given to newly elected officials and appreciation certificates distributed to meritorious members.

مٹی کی محبت میں ہم آشفتہ سروں نے
وہ قرض اُتارے ہیں جو واجب بھی نہیں تھے
اس بار بھی دنیا نے ہدف ہم کو بنایا
اس بار تو ہم شہ کے مصاحب بھی نہیں تھے
بیچ آئے سرِ قریۂ زر جوہرِ پندار
جو دام ملے ایسے مناسب بھی نہیں تھے
حامی بھی نہ تھے منکرِ غالب بھی نہیں تھے
ہم اہلِ تذبذب کسی جانب بھی نہیں تھے
محترم ڈاکٹر اجمل ساوند شہید ہمارا چہرہ تھے۔ میں احترام کے ساتھ اعلیٰ حکام سے درخواست کرتا ہوں کہ سکھر آئی بی اے کندھ کوٹ کیمپس کا نام اجمل ساوند کے نام پر رکھا جائے تاکہ ان کی عزت اور ان کی میراث کو زندہ رکھا جا سکے۔ میں یہ بھی درخواست کرتا ہوں کہ سکھر IBA مین کیمپس کے ایک قابل ذکر حصے کا نام ڈاکٹر ساوند کے نام پر رکھیں۔ یہ ضروری ہے کہ ہم اپنی کمیونٹی کے لیے ان کی قربانی اور شراکت کو پہچانیں اور یاد رکھیں، ڈاکٹر ساوند نے ہماری بھلائی کے لیے یورپ میں آرام دہ زندگی چھوڑی تھی
۔ نيز میں حکومت سے یہ بھی درخواست کروں گا کہ ڈاکٹر ساوند کو ان کی گراں قدر خدمات کے لیے سول ایوارڈ سے نوازا جائے, تاکہ ڈاکٹر ساوند کی میراث دوسروں کے لیے مشعل راہ بنے اور دنیا پر مثبت اثر ڈالتی رہے۔
Respected Dr. Ajmal Sawand Shaheed was our face. I respectfully request the higher authorities to name the Sukkur IBA Kandhkot Campus after Dr Sawand as a way of honoring him and keeping his legacy alive. I also request that they name a notable part of the Sukkur IBA main campus after Dr. Sawand. It is important that we recognize and remember Dr. Sawand sacrifice and contribution to our community, especially since he left behind a comfortable life in Europe to help us. I would also request the Government to honor Dr. Sawand with the civil award for his invaluable contributions to both the community and education. May his legacy inspire others to follow in his footsteps and continue to make a positive impact on the world.
