Virtual University of Pakistan Bahawalpur Campus organized an orientation ceremony on March 25, 2024, for its new students who have enrolled in various undergraduate and graduate programs for the Spring 2024 semester.
The orientation ceremony was designed to provide students with essential information about their academic programs, campus facilities, and support services. The new students were given a comprehensive overview of the academic calendar, examination system, grading policy, and course registration procedures. They were also introduced to the faculty members and academic advisors who will guide them throughout their academic journey at VUP.
In addition to this, the students were also briefed about the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that VUP offers to its students, including sports, cultural events, and student societies. The aim of these activities is to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle among students and enhance their personal and social development.
The orientation ceremony was a huge success, and the students expressed their excitement and enthusiasm to embark on their academic journey at VUP.

Congratulations to Mr. Muhammad Usman Tariq on completion of MA English (Language Teaching) degree with Virtual University of Pakistan

The Virtual University of Pakistan hosted a spectacular Alumni Dinner in Bahawalpur at the Grand Rohi Banquet Hall, DHA on 21 February, 2024.
Over 150 VU alumni gathered to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate the evening. The event began with a warm welcome from GM Marketing and an inspiring address by the Honorable Rector, Prof. Dr. Arshad Saleem Bhatti.
Prof. Bhatti commended the organizing team for their efforts and encouraged VU's management to organize more extracurricular activities, unveiling the hidden talents of alumni across Pakistan.
The evening was filled with excitement and camaraderie as alumni engaged in various activities, including games, a singing competition, quizzes, and the distribution of awards and gifts. It was a great evening to remember, celebrating the success stories that originated from the Virtual University of Pakistan.

Under the Prime Minister’s Youth program, the Green Youth Movement (GYM) Club at Virtual University aims to organize and invest in youth to promote research-based eco-innovation and take action to spearhead environmental conservation and climate adaptation/mitigation in Pakistan. Additionally, we seek to harness global support for eco-innovation, ultimately leading to green entrepreneurship.
The club arranges seminars, awareness sessions, and various activities to raise awareness among students and the general public. We focus on two key thematic areas:

Eco-Tourism
