Mr. Afnan Baloch brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role as our esteemed school leader with a Master's degree in English, an MS in Finance, and a professional degree in education.

His journey in education started six years ago, where he honed his teaching skills as a PST and PET. This invaluable experience not only enriched his understanding of the classroom dynamics but also provided him with a deep insight into the needs and aspirations of both students and teachers.

Before taking up his current position, Mr.Afnan served as the General Secretary of the Young Teachers Association, D.I.Khan. During his tenure, he worked tirelessly to advocate for the rights and welfare of fellow teachers. His exceptional leadership qualities are the cornerstone of his success. He possesses a natural ability to inspire and motivate others.

His multifaceted background and extensive experience make Mr. Afnan an invaluable asset in our school leaders community.

For the first time ever, our dedicated school leaders, Mr. Mati Ullah, Mr. Maqbool, Mr. Arif, and Mr. Tahir Saeed, took the initiative to organize a competitive exam for the 3rd and 4th-grade students in Dhakki circle, Tehsil Paharpur. The examination was held in thirteen designated centers.

To ensure fairness and accuracy, the school leaders established a meticulous checking system and designed the question papers following a standardized board pattern. They formed two separate committees comprising highly competent teachers responsible for the task of checking and rechecking the exam papers. This meticulous approach ensured that the results would be accurate and reliable.

The momentous occasion reached its pinnacle on the 20th of May when a grand result ceremony was arranged at GPS Kachi Khaisor to honour the remarkable achievements of students. The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of the DEO, Sir Musarat Hussain Baloch, SDEO Paharpur, Sir Muhammad Zareef, and SDEO D.I.Khan, Sir Noor Sultan who recognized the exceptional efforts of our school leaders.

During the ceremony, our school leaders were presented with well-deserved shields acknowledging their outstanding performance and exceptional leadership skills.

On behalf of the entire community, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to our amazing school leaders. Their tireless efforts have paved the way for educational excellence in Dhakki Circle. We take immense pride in their accomplishments and the positive impact they continue to make on the lives of our young learners.

Mr. Badar Munir is a highly qualified and dedicated school leader from Tehsil Paharpur, who has a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of education. With a Masters degree in English Literature from Qurtaba University, MA in Political Science from Gomal University, and MA in Education from Alama Iqbal University, he has a solid educational background.

His five years of experience as a primary school teacher has given him practical knowledge and insights into the challenges faced by educators and students. As a result, he is well-equipped to identify areas that need improvement and to implement effective strategies to address them.

Mr. Badar Munir is known for his professionalism, dedication, and honesty, which are essential qualities for a school leader. He is a problem solver who approaches challenges with a practical and solution-oriented approach. His leadership skills and expertise make him an asset to School Leaders community.

Miss Warda Nawaz is a highly qualified and experienced school leader who has a strong academic background in the fields of Chemistry and Biochemistry. She has completed her BS in Chemistry and MS in Biochemical from Gomal University, which has provided her with a strong foundation in the sciences, which could be an asset in a school environment.

With three years of teaching experience and having worked as a section coordinator and vice principal in a private institute, Miss Warda has gained valuable experience in class management, engaging people and students, and demonstrating leadership qualities. These experiences would have likely helped her develop strong communication and interpersonal skills that are essential for effective school leadership.

Additionally, Miss Warda's work with different NGOs suggests that she has a broader understanding of social and community issues, which are tremendously important values for school leaders to uphold.

Overall, it appears that Miss Warda is a valuable asset to the school leader community. Her educational background, teaching experience, and leadership skills, combined with her work with different NGOs, make her a well-rounded and competent leader who could contribute significantly to any educational institution.

Mr. Masab Bilal is an accomplished school leader who has had a successful career as a primary school teacher before joining his current role. He holds a Bachelor degree in English Literature and Linguistics from Gomal University, where he was a high achiever. Mr. Masab Bilal's education has equipped him with strong language skills that he can use to communicate effectively with his students, staff, and parents.

In addition to his academic background, he has exceptional skills that make him an effective School Leader. His critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills enable him to identify and address the challenges facing the school and students effectively. He utilizes these skills to create an environment that fosters learning and growth for students, teachers, and staff.
