Saifi's young boys may have struggled against Sena in Bilaterals but when it came to humiliate them at the most needed occassions they had better of them. On This Day , We defeated England in Semi Final of Champions Trophy. Our first win in Semi finals after failing in 2000 , 2004 and 2009.

Were on verge of defeating Aus aswell In WC 2019 but unfortunately it wasnt written in the fate.

Furthermore , Sarfaraz is the only Pakistani captain to defeat SA in two successive ICC events.

Quetta Gladiators Nadeem Omar in an interview to Yahya Hussaini has revealed that Sarfaraz had asked him to make a strong side even if for this they have to put him in lower category.

Just when they thought that he has been finished. He will give up very soon. His chapter is about to be closed. They tried their very best to do so, actually. But they did'nt know that they had challenged a fighter who has never learnt to lose hope. He could have taken retirement , sitted on channels drawing flaws out of team while receiving healthy amount of salary. But he chosed a path he is born for. He decided to fight for the throne. He made up his mind that I'm gonna show the world what I have been made for. Faced every situation in these 4 years with patience. Bantered and trolled over social media for no real reason. They doubted him and labelled him as a liability. His luck was'nt be his side either. At that time , any one of us would have lost hope and belief in ourselves. He didnt !

He kept his head down at those circumstances. Knew that it is not the right time to speak up. Something Amir lacks. To bow down your head when you are at your worst. Performed in domestic yet neglected. They said "We have moved on".. He replied "I'm the driver!! "

The things changed. Got the chance he was deaperately waiting for. Availed it like it should have been. Expressed his frustration in those very few seconds of celeberation. And left the ground with a smile on his face. A story to be told. A story to be proud of being his fanboy. A story to flex at. What a turn around. I certainly believe , its just the beginning. There's still alot to be written in the diary..
