Allah almighty mentions this in Surah Yunus of Holy Qur'an:
قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللّٰهِ وَ بِرَحْمَتِهٖ فَبِذٰلِكَ فَلْیَفْرَحُوْاؕ -هُوَ خَیْرٌ مِّمَّا یَجْمَعُوْنَ.
