Treatment protocol :
With medium high speed long bur carefully Removing all the pulp tissue with a lot of irrigation with 6% Naocl 5ml for each canal using long needle Side vented & 17 % EDTA 5ml for each canal.

Case 1
This patient came to me with grossly decayed lower left first molar (Root canal treated) initially he was advised to get it extracted after reviewing the case radiographically i decided to get it saved. Firstly, caries were removed to the point so that the remaining tooth structure won't get compromised followed by composite buildup(flowable and hybrid both were used) and then restored with PFM crown..
Case was followed up for 6 months and the results were satisfying
