خدیجہ عظمت ویلفئر فاونڈیشن کے زیر اہتمام آٹھواں سالانہ فری میڈیکل اینڈ سرجیکل آئی کیمپ کا انعقاد 22 اکتوبر بروز اتوار کو منعقد کیا جا رہا ہے۔بمقام زیلدار حویلی نزد نورانی جامع مسجد عیدگاہ جہلم میں،اپنی والدہ اور والد محترم اور چچی جان (برگیڈیر مرزا تیمور بیگ صاحب کی والدہ محترمہ) کے ایصال ثواب کے لیے۔
اس سال یہ میڈیکل اینڈ سرجیکل آئی کیمپ اپنی نوعیت سے مختلف ہے۔اس سال سرجیکل آئی کیمپ میں جن حضرات کو آنکھوں کے آپریشن کی ضرورت ہو گی ان کی آنکھوں کا آپریشن اسی موقع پر الشفاء آئی ٹرسٹ ہسپتال کی ٹیم کے زیر نگرانی سفید موتیے کا لیزر آپریشن بمعہ لینز مفت کیا جائے گا۔
اور یہ فری میڈیکل اینڈ آئی کیمپ ہر سال uk سے نفرالوجسٹ اینڈ میڈیکل سپیشلسٹ(اہم آر سی) کنسلٹنٹ ڈاکٹر مرزا یاسر صاحب اپنی زیرے نگرانی میں مینج اور ارینج کرتے ہیں اپنے ملک اور اپنی عوام کی خدمت کے لیے۔
اور اس میڈیکل کیمپ میں چیسٹ سپیشلسٹ،میڈیکل سپیشلسٹ،چائلڈ سپیشلسٹ،کارڈیالوجسٹ،ای این ٹی سپیشلسٹ،نفرالوجسٹ،جرنل فزیشن تجربہ کار ڈاکٹروں کی مکمل ٹیم موجود ہو گی۔
یہ فری میڈیکل اینڈ سرجیکل آئی کیمپ سب مخیر اور غیر مخیر مریضوں کے لیے ہے۔جس میں مریضوں کا تسلی بخش چیک اپ اور فری ادوایات بھی دی جائیں گی۔
اور سرجیکل آئی کیمپ میں جن حضرات کی آنکھوں کے آپریشن کی ضرورت ہو گی وہ بھی اسی وقت موقع پر ہی فری آپریشن کیا جائے گا۔

اور سب مریضوں سے گزارش ہے اپنا پرانا ریکارڈ ساتھ لے کر آئیں اور سب سے گزارش ہے کہ اس فری میڈیکل اینڈ سرجیکل آئی کیمپ کے بارے میں سب کو آگاہ کریں تاکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ لوگ مستفید ہو سکیں۔
دعا ہے اللہ پاک ہر سال کی طرح اس فری میڈیکل اینڈ سرجیکل آئی کیمپ کو کامیاب کرے آمین اور خدمت خلق کی اس کاوش کو قبول و منظور فرمائے اور ہمارے والدین کو اللہ پاک جنت الفردوس میں اعلٰی مقام عطاء فرمائے آمین یارب العالمین۔اور جتنے بھی مسلمان اس دنیا سے رخصت ہو چکے ہیں اللہ پاک سب کے درجات بلند فرمائے آمین۔

The eighth annual free medical and surgical eye camp organized by Khadija Azmat Welfare Foundation is being organized on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Zildar Haveli near Noorani Jama Masjid in Eidgah Jhelum, *FOR ESAAL E SAWAB OF OUR BELOVED PARENTS AND CHAHI JAAN*.

This year, this medical and surgical eye camp is different from its nature. This year, in the surgical eye camp, those who will need eye surgery will have their eyes operated on the same occasion under the supervision of the team of Al-Shifa Eye Trust Hospital. Laser operation along with lenses will be done free of cost.

And this free medical and eye camp is managed and arranged every year by Dr. Mirza Yasir, a Nephrologist and Medical Specialist consultant from UK under his supervision to serve his country and his people.

And in this medical camp there will be a complete team of experienced doctors such as Chest Specialist, Medical Specialist, Child Specialist, Cardiologist, ENT Specialist, Nephrologist, General Physician.

This free medical and surgical eye camp is for all charitable and non-charitable patients, in which satisfactory check-up of patients and free medicines will also be given.

All the patients are requested to bring their old records along with them and they are requested to inform everyone about this free medical and surgical eye camp so that more and more people can benefit.

We pray to Allah to make this free medical and surgical eye camp a success like every year, Amen, and to accept this effort of service to the people, and to grant our parents a highest place in Jannat al-Firdous, Amen and all Muslims who have left this world, may Allah raise the ranks of all, Amen.
