However, some people go overboard and stuff themselves way beyond their capacity which tends to give them heartburn , stomachaches and many gut issues. This can effect not only their general health but also their dental health. The acid reflux damages teeth and the meat fibres stuck between teeth can be harmful to the teeth as well as gums.
Here are some tips to overcome these issues:

1. Try not to overeat and avoid soft drinks, if not so, try to drink in moderation. 🍹🍷
