I entered this beautiful place as a volunteer, initially unsure whether to continue. I had doubts about fulfilling the criteria and questioned my capability to become a teacher. However, as time passed, I started to see my capabilities more clearly. I believe Sir Ussama recognized them earlier on the day of the interview. Over time, I transitioned from a collaborator to a teacher in Ussama’s team. He isn’t just a boss but a leader, creating a sense of family within the team that I’ve seen nowhere else. I adore this place because of its environment, the kids, my colleagues, and friends; each person here is amazing, carrying unique stories and journeys. Everyone is talented at their own pace, making this place truly special. 💓

Ibrahim is such a sweetheart, he would let go of his favourite colors every time for the sake of others, and Mehdi cannot compromise on pink! 🤦

Hadi kept the maths intact till the end in our baking-maths activity, counted every cookie his fellows ate 🫣🤭

When you realise for the love of math and baking you just mixed in the egg you were expecting a chick from! 😂😂😂 🐣🐣🐣

Thats a plain simple answer we have, when questioned about the workload of our school due to its unconventional nature.

Pretty result never matters if you haven’t dirtied your hands in the process. Our kids know that well. 😇

There is something magical about our garden, they are always so composed while writing in the garden!
