محمدؐ مسکراتے تھے ، ہمیشہ مسکراتے تھے
وہ اتنے خوب صورت ، صاف ستھرے ،
نکھرے نکھرے ، پیارے پیارے تھے
کہ جب بھی ، مسکراتے تھے
تو انکے موتیوں سے دانت ، جھلمل جھلملاتے تھے
محمدؐ مسکراتے تھے ، ہمیشہ مسکراتے تھے

گلی میں کھیلتے بچوں سے
خود جا کر ، ملا کرتے
وہ ان سے کھیلتے تھے
گود میں لیتے
ہنساتے تھے
وہ ان کو گدگداتے تھے
کمر پر لاد کر اپنی
سواری بھی کراتے تھے
محمدؐ مسکراتے تھے
ہمیشہ مسکراتے تھے

وہ کہتے تھے
کہ بچے پھول ہیں ،
جگنو ہیں ،خوشبو ہیں
انہیں نرمی ، محبت سے سکھاتے تھے،
دعا دیتے،
انھیں جو کچھ سکھاتے تھے
وہ خود کر کے ، دکھاتے تھے
محمدؐ مسکراتے تھے
ہمیشہ مسکراتے تھے

وہ جب باہر سے آتے
اونٹ پر ہوتے یا گھوڑے پر
تو اپنے راستے میں
کھیلتے بچوں کے
خود ہی پاس جاتے تھے
وہ سب کو باری باری
اپنے گھوڑے پر بٹھاتے تھے
انہیں جھولا دلاتے تھے
محمدؐ مسکراتے تھے
ہمیشہ مسکراتے تھے

وہ جب بھی دیکھتے
بچوں کے
منہ اور ہاتھ میلے ہیں
تو ان کو گود میں لے کر
وہ ان کا منہ دھلاتے تھے
وہ ان کو چومتے تھے اور،
پاس اپنے بٹھاتے تھے
کوئی چیز ان کے پاس آتی
تو بچوں سے شروع کرتے
انہیں وہ سب سے پہلے دے کے
اوروں کو کھلاتے تھے
محمدؐ مسکراتے تھے
ہمیشہ مسکراتے تھے

محمدؐ کی طرح میں بھی
ہمیشہ مسکراوں گا
میں جب جنت میں ان سے خود ملوں گا ،
یہ بتاؤں گا
مجھے ان سے محبت ہے
میں ان سے پیار کرتا ہوں
کہ جب میں چھوٹا بچہ تھا
تو اپنے دل میں ان کو سوچتا تھا
یاد کرتا، مسکراتا تھا
کہ تب ہر رات کو
سونے سے کچھ پہلے
مجھے ابو بتاتے تھے
محمدؐ مسکراتے تھے
ہمیشہ مسکراتے تھے۔

گھنی گھٹائیں یہاں ایسی بارشیں برسائیں
کہ پتھروں کو بھی روئیدگی محال نہ ہو

خدا کرے نہ کبھی خم سرِ وقارِ وطن
اور اس کے حسن کو تشویش ماہ و سال نہ ہو

ہر ایک خود ہو تہذیب و فن کا اوجِ کمال
کوئی ملول نہ ہو کوئی خستہ حال نہ ہو

خدا کرے کہ میرے اک بھی ہم وطن کے لیے
حیات جرم نہ ہو زندگی وبال نہ ہو

"Haya Day" was celebrated in Al Murtaza Education System to promote the culture of Modesty.

Modesty in the Quran is an inborn quality.
It leads to graceful and honorable behavior and avoiding wrong actions, in other words, it leads to abstaining from the haram and avoiding abandoning the obligatory acts (wajibat).
