9 years ago, we celebrated Nana Nani's 64th wedding anniversary. Today, they both are with Allah (Swt). This popped up on my Facebook feed, and so did all the feels. I miss my Nani so much. During the last years of her life, we devolepd such a special bond, and I'm so grateful for that. I remember being so stressed because I had just learnt a little fondant, and I didn't know what to make for them. I mean, I could really only make a chocolate cake, but I put together whatever little I knew, and this memory will always remain super special. May Allah grant them the highest ranking in Jannah.

It's been a while since I shared something positive with everything around us. I am sharing this heart, praying, praying very hard for all the innocent lives that are being lost on a daily basis. May Allah guide us and forgive us for failing as people. The entire time I was piping this cake, there was just one question in my mind. Do the people attacking have a heart?

Every time I go to the mountains, I'm reminded of small I am, how small our existence is, and how great Allah is and will always remain. The last few days have been so heavy, maybe because I am a first-time mother and watching little babies lifeless is heartbreaking, to say the least. I have been praying for the mothers and their babies, but it won't be enough. Ya Allah, you are listening, I know you are, little children, or anyone suffering in this hineous way is not okay. I know you have chosen them, people of P*lest*ne. Ya Allah have mercy on them. You are the creator

Today, years later, I have tapered my therapy, but I have tools that aid me in my daily life and help me cope better with situations. I'm stronger mentally and emotionally, and that is only because I am aware of these needs of mine. If you are someone who is struggling, please reach out and ask for help.

The first time I ever made a wedding cake in the summer of 2016, a month after I began Sugaries. I just remember how excited and happy I was to be given the opportunity to make someone's wedding day, I mean one of the most important days of their life, a memorable one. Every time I make a wedding cake, it's legit the same. It's pure happiness. There is a alot of thought process, mood boarding that goes into making a wedding cake. Lots of changes later I present to you the Rose Beauty. This will probably be one of my favourite designs to date

Classes begin from September 2023
Monthly Classes:(4 classes)

Summer Baking Camp 🩷
I can't believe I conducted 3 Summer Baking Camps this year. In March, post delivery, I had thought to myself that I won't hold any Summer Camp sessions and will rest and just take a break. Truth be told, I love love teaching the Summer Camp, it's once a year and more than the children, and I really look forward to testing new recipes with them. This year, I taught over 40 students and just feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to do so. I have got multiple requests to start Children's Baking Classes regularly, so I'm going to take a poll on that.
