If you lack discipline, read this POST.

1. Define a clear goal.
Without a clear goal it is hard to define exactly what you want. Your mind doesn’t need an invitation to procrastinate. Begin to visualise what it is you really want. Writing down your goal will help to bring it into reality.

2. Establish a clear plan.
You may know what it is you want but if you don’t know how to achieve it, the chances are, you will fail. Outline a plan that breaks down each individual step you will need to attain your goal. Small steps lead to big changes.

3. Strengthen your self confidence.
One thing the successful in society all have in common is self confidence. You need to develop the mindset that you are good enough to achieve what you set out to, otherwise why even try ? You can do this.

4. Build habits.
Habits make life 10x easier. The more you have to think about what you’re doing the greater chance that your mind will start to wonder. Systems and habits remove the guessing and give you a clear step by step process to follow.

5. Evaluate your time.
You often hear people say “I don’t have time” when in reality they go to work then spend the rest of their night mindlessly scrolling. Plan out your day, there is enough time to enjoy yourself while also getting the important tasks done.

6. Start small.
Often when you lack discipline, it is down to thinking that you have to do it all at once. Learn to break down tasks into manageable pieces. You’ll find that you get more done and be pleasantly surprised at how much more enjoyable it is.

7. Look after yourself
Strong mental and physical health will aid in your battle to destroy a lack of self discipline. Develop a positive self talk process as well as making sure you eat well and exercise on a regular basis. Movement will help clear your mind.

8. Hold yourself accountable.
You can always ask friends or family to hold you accountable but what happens when they are not there ? Developing self accountability puts you together

کراچی سندھ کے ثقافتی دن کے موقع پر پوری سندھی قوم کو مبارکباد پیش کرتے ہوئے کہاہے کہ سندھ امن ، محبت اور مہمان نوازی کی دھرتی ہے جبکہ سندھی ٹوپی اور اجرک سندھ کی پہچان ہے، سندھ کی ثقافت ہزاروں سال پرانی ہے سندھی ٹوپی اور اجرک سندھ کی شان ہے سندھ ایک قدیم ثقافت رکھنے والا صوبہ ہے سندھی قوم باشعور، تعلیم یافتہ اور مہذب قوم ہے جس کی ثقافت اور روایات پوری دنیا میں مشہور ہیں .سندھ کے لوگوں کی اپنی ثقافت سے محبت کا اندازہ اس بات سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے کہ ہزاروں سال گزرنے کے باوجود ہر سال سندھ کے لوگ اپنے ثقافتی دن کو جوش و خروش سے مناتے ہیں ، سندھ کی ثقافت اس صوبے میں رہنے والوں کی طرز زندگی کے روز مرہ عمل سے جھلکتی ہے سند ھ کے لوگ سندھی ٹوپی پہنتے ہیں اور روایتی سندھی اجرک بھی استعمال کرتے ہیں جوکہ سندھ کی پہچان ہے سندھ کی روایات میں مہمان نوازی ، انسانیت کی خدمت، ایکدوسرے کی مدد کرنا شامل ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ سندھ میں بڑے بڑے علمائے دین اور صوفیائے کرام نے اپنے قدم رکھے یہی وجہ ہے کہ اس دھرتی کو صوفیا کے دھرتی ہونے کا اعزاز بھی حاصل ہے، پاکستان ہمارا ملک ہے اور اس کے لیئے ہم کسی بھی طرح کی قربانی دینے کوتیار ہیں کیونکہ ہمارا ملک ہے تو ہم بھی ہیں اور یہی ہماری پہچان ہے، سندھی اپنی ثقافت سے محبت کرنے والی زند ہ قوم ہے جو اپنی ثقافت کو بھرپور انداز سے مناتے ہیں صوبہ سندھ میں ہر سطح پر تقریبا ت کا انعقاد پیپلز پارٹی کا سندھ کی ثقافت سے لگاءو کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ سندھ کی ثقافت بھائی چارگی پر مبنی ہے امن کا پیغام سندھی کلچر کی بہار ہے اور ہ میں اپنی ثقافت پر فخر ہے ، سندھی اپنا کلچر ڈے منا کر پورے دنیا کو امن و محبت کا پیغام دیتے ہیں کیونکہ محبت، امن ، بھارئی چارہ اور اخوت ہی ہماری ثقافت اور بزرگان دین کی تعلیمات کا حصہ ہے ۔

Preparing fruit chaat involves cutting, peeling, and slicing fruits, which helps children enhance their hand-eye coordination, finger dexterity, and fine motor skills. Today, a fruit chat making activity was organised for grade 7 girls to make them learn not only the above mentioned skills but also to make them aware about hygiene and healthy eating habits. The students, with the help of their Mam, cleaned fruits, peeled them off, made fine slices to prepare their delicious fruit chat. Here are some clicks of the activity🍊🍏🍌🍋🍐🍇🍎

Educational toys provide a great way for children to develop skills, such as spatial awareness, motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Furthermore, toys can give children a safe way to explore the world and learn about colours, shapes and textures

Making a child write a letter is a highly complexed task.In Montessori, writing is introduced through a sequence of activities that begins with the introduction of letter symbols, which comes after a child learns letter sounds. While letters are being introduced, children continue to engage in activities that help strengthen their pencil grip.

Uniforms give a sense of confidence to the students as it helps in having a higher opinion about themselves

So many parents are often worried about why their child is not able to write by the age of 4 and why instead of writing, the teacher is allowing them to play, or be creative with intricate or fine motor materials?

This picture explains why.

Up until 6 years of age, their tiny hands are still developing and are not fully formed. Children require progressive development in their hands to enable them to grasp and hold things and eventually develop their writing skills.

Like any muscles, we must train them, strengthen them and ‘work out’ to get them stronger - this is just the same for the muscles in children’s hands.

So what should be done to support this?

PLAY! Playdough, colouring, tearing, sensory play, beading, picking cotton balls with tweezer/cloth clips, cleaning, wiping, holding, grabbing, sweeping, cutting, planting, digging etc.

These types of activities may not seem like education to you, but they are the foundations of what is to come. Rush the process and the results will be catastrophic.

We must allow our children to develop their fine motor skills which in turn, develop the skills required for early, emergent writing and later full writing skills.

When children are ready to write, they will. No need to rush them, they will show you when they are ready 🙂
