Last night was gorgeous except for the one dirty episode of a senior kohatian. I apologised last night and I apologise now now specially to the youngsters. Apart from that thoroughly enjoyed the show. Left College after 0200 hrs.
Today was more formal. Shujaat Ali Rahi sahib was at his best, the atmosphere was electric, seniors n juniors mingled like a great family. GJOC at 1400 hrs today during this year heaved a sigh of relief.

Dear Kohatians,
Assalam-o-Alaikum,
Today, on a breezy and pleasant night.......By grace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH, A Kohatian Association Get Together (GTG) was held at AMC Mess Rawalpindi from 8pm to 11.00 pm approx. About 150 Kohatians (including families) along with Honourables graced the occasion with their participation. Honourable Sir Asif Sandila (Ex-Naval chief), President KA Ihsan Ghani, SVP Abdullah Shah, Maj. General Salahuddin Qasim, Naim Khan (President UK & I chapter), Wajid Affridi, Khurshid Afridi, Maj. Gen (R) Viqar, Hamid Ali Khan, Inam Ghani, Imtiaz Baluch, Dr, Zulfiqar A. Malik (JS KA) and many others graced the occasion with their presence (My apologies because of not able to write the names of many respectable Kohatians here)
The proceedings started with the recitation from the Holy Quran. Vice President KA Isb/Rwp Chapter Brg. Shakir Khattak welcomed all guests. Then SVP (KA) Abdullah Shah addressed the Kohatians and described the on going proceedings for the upcoming GJ on Oct, 10-11, 2015. After that President KA Ihsan Ghani assigned the task regarding GJ preparations to Ibrahim Khan BJ (8th entry) who was then invited to the rostrum. Ibrahim BJ whole heartedly accepted the task and agreed to report the fortnight proceeding to GJ Organizing committee team. He will submit the first report on August 17, 2015 to GJ Organizing committee team at Islamabad.
A simply outclass Dinner (still feeling the taste) and real get together for all the attendees. Menu included:BBQ, seekh kabab, biryani, mutton, fresh from the farm organic salad, Paalak-Paneer and fruit trifle titillated the taste buds of all. All in all, the dinner was out of the world with carefully selected traditional Pakistani cuisine. But the most important part of it all was the frank mingling and "gup-shup" of all the senior and junior Kohatians some of whom met each other after decades.
Raffle tickets of an amount Rs. 20000/- have been sold-out for the lucky draw. The lucky person came out to be Maj. Junaid Zafar 3461(JH) who donated all the prize money of Rs. 10,000/- to KF fund. Moreover, Gen. Sabahat sent Rs. 25000/- for KF fund as well.
My apologies because of not able to write the names of many respectable Kohatians here otherwise it may require another whole paragraph:)
Finally on behalf of the President Isb/Rwp chapter Shaukat Bangish, we are highly obliged to our very Respectable and Beloved Gen. Salahuddin Qasim BJ for putting every effort to make this GTG yet another a big success and all Kohatians for their vibrant and mind-blowing participation. All in all, any one can simply call it a marvelous and memorable gathering rather.......... yet another "kirkhi-toar hafta" and those who missed it definitely missed a lot.

One week ISSB Prep for candidates of CCK who have cleared prelim/initial test will be organized by the Pakistan Army from 27 July,2015 to 2 August, 2015.

Cadets of 46th entry are directed to submit their names to DOS/SHM as soon as possible because concerned authority has asked us to provide nominal roles of the candidates who will appear in ISSB for PMA.
