A small business who wishes to stay anonymous donated us a bunch of jewellery as a part of donation.
Here at Wasela we accept and appreciate donation in all forms.
Part of this jewellery will be sent to underprivileged girls as upcoming Eid gifts. Remaining we would like to sell and donate 100% of profit that is earned into Wasela’s funds.

By the grace of Allah and with your support Team Wasela was able to provide three new sewing machines to Salai Center, an extension of PakLand School. Here underprivileged girls learn sewing and aim to create a mean of income through this. We at wasela believe that having a skill and hardwork can change your fortune.

By the grace of Allah we were able to donate a whole set of Quran to a madrassa. Donating Quran is not only of high value but is also a part of sadqa e jariya. Where every word recited upon will be rewarded, InshaAllah.
As a human being, we constantly need someone to talk and to share our problems. While making dua is one of the means to talk to Allah, you can also find answers while reading the Quran. It is one of the ways how Allah communicates with us. He sent down guidance for us 1400 years ago! Allah s.w.t. mentioned in the Quran in a couple of Surahs: 
‎كِتابٌ أَنزَلناهُ إِلَيكَ لِتُخرِجَ النّاسَ مِنَ الظُّلُماتِ إِلَى النّورِ
“A Book We have sent down to you so that you may bring forth mankind from the darkness into the light..”. 
(Surah Ibrahim, 14:1)
Read the Quran and you will be amazed how it speaks and comforts you and that the answers to your worries may just be in between the lines. Remember, when reciting the Quran, do ensure to find the right source of interpretations and get clarifications from certified sources.

On the account of 14th August Team Wasela along with their talented volunteers all geared up for the paint drive at in order to create a playful space and bright environment for the kids.
This school previously had plain walls. Adding colors to them and creating a playful environment for the kids adds to their excitement for coming back to school. A space that is colorful helps evoke emotions, and children learn to deal with them also. A colorful environment plays a hand in stimulating creativity as well, as for the kids being creative and having a fresh mind is very important. Our volunteers played an important role in helping us paint the walls, decide on which colors would go together. Together we were able to create a beautiful space to learn and grow for the kids that we initially aimed for.
Thank you everyone for your contribution. We hope to keep on adding colors to each others life.

By the grace of Allah, Team Wasela collaborated with Go green and together we were able was able to plant 500 trees.
Planting trees has been vital to earth since the beginning but now we are in an era where it is most crucial than ever.
Pakistan is facing an environmental problem due to deforestation. Lack of trees has become dangerous for a healthy environment in Pakistan. The temperature is intensifying due to less forestation. Now the environment is getting hotter, winter season is shrinking while the summer season is extending to several months in a year. People are cutting trees brutally; consequently, our glaciers are melting rapidly. It is alarming that the temperature has crossed more than 50 C in April in various parts of Pakistan.
Planting trees is something that we have to do for this generation and the next generation and the ones who come after that.
‘’We took this option of planting trees because we believe in not fighting nature, but in making nature an ally to solve the issues that we have with nature.”
Each and every individual holds an important value in making our environment green again. Which will not only be beneficial to us in this world but also it holds great religious value and is considered as Sadqa- e Jariya. May Allah accept all our efforts collectively.

On the account of 14th August, Team Wasela paid a visit to El-Shaddai School. This is not just a school but also servers as a church for our Christian community. Upon the first visit made, we observed that amongst the many issues faced by this school the most important one was not having clean drinking water for the children who study there. As a result, Hepatitis C and many other water borne diseases were prevalent in the neighbourhood. Therefore, our first priority was to try to help these kids not suffer at the hands of such diseases. By Allah’s grace & with your contribution we were able to help our christian community by installing a water filter. This filter will not just be catering to more than 100 students enrolled in the school but also to every visitor who pays a visit to this Church.
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said,
'Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, will say on the Day of Resurrection,
'..O son of Adam, I asked you for something to drink but you
did not give it to me". He will say, "O Lord, how can I give You
something to drink when You are the Lord of the worlds?"
He will say, "My servant so-and-so asked you to give him
something to drink and you did not give it to him. Had you
given it to him, you would have surely found that with Me'' ( Muslim)
Providing clean water is a Sadqa- e- jariya. So join hands with us and be a Wasela for those in need.

We all can agree that everyone of us have clothes that have been left hanging since years in our closet. They neither are of our use nor they’re utilised by someone else. Our prophet said :
‘’He who gives cloth to any destitute Muslim, remains in the security of Allah as long as a single piece remains on his body.’’ (Tirmidhi)

This time we joined hands with Naiki Organisatuin on our fourth drive. Together we were able to cater 350 + people.
