The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting technical site surveys, supervising construction activities, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

*Key Responsibilities*:

1. *Technical Site Management*: Conduct detailed site surveys, establish site layout, and initiate kick-off activities to ensure projects begin on a strong foundation.

2. *Project Supervision*: Oversee all CME works, ensuring they are executed impeccably in alignment with the Detailed Engineering Documents (DED).

3. *Quality Assurance*: Regularly visit sites to verify that all quality standards and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements are met or exceeded.

4. *Inspections and Compliance*: Manage planned visits for Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), identifying any discrepancies and coordinating the resolution of all issues promptly.
