Zara Noor will be serving as Proctor for IEEE ITU Student Branch teams in IEEEXtreme Programming Competition 17.0. She has recently graduated as a Computer Engineer from Information Technology University of the Punjab. She is also an Ex-Member of the IEEE ITU student branch and has competed in the programming competition last year as well.

IEEEXtreme Programming Competition is a global hackathon event where teams of IEEE Student members can compete against each other in a 24-hour time slot by solving programming problems.
