This one is close to my heart❤️

For my only sister’s birthday, I wanted to make a cake that truly captured her essence: smart, elegant, generous, beautiful, and loving.

The terracotta red symbolises her loving nature, the chocolate ganache drip highlights her generosity, gold for her heart and beauty, and flowers for elegance.

I tried being smart with the flower arrangement but we somehow managed to find huge chrysanthemums this time hence it hid the cake more than I would’ve liked🥲

She has always loved chunky fillings so I made a chocolate sponge cake filled with our most loved premium chocolate buttercream topped with as many dairy milk chunks as I could fit inside!
I then covered it with a gorgeous terracotta red vanilla buttercream and topped it with a rich chocolate ganache drip that was hand painted in gold!
