In this regard, 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐞 𝟏𝟏𝟐𝟐 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 has been invited to provide the participants with basic training on modern first aid. This seminar is a unique opportunity, especially for engineering students who are usually not familiar with the basic requirements of first aid and the tools present in first aid kits.
This collaboration has been made possible with the help of Punjab Emergency Services Department Rescue-1122, Pakistan, and we highly applaud them for their efforts in equipping the engineers of tomorrow with basic, must-have medical skills. This strongly resonates with their mission and the oath that each rescuer of this organization takes before their onboarding.
It's also worth mentioning here that RESCUE-1122, Punjab, Pakistan is a service by the Punjab Emergency Services Department Rescue-1122, Pakistan. It was formed under the Punjab Emergency Service Act 2006 and currently enjoys a leading position among emergency services in South Asia. As for some statistics, the service has saved upwards of 14 million victims of accidents and disasters with the help of their highly trained personnel. The service has trained over 24,000 emergency service workers to date and has established over 5,000 Community Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) in all Union Councils of Punjab - which is yet another milestone of their success in serving the Pakistani healthcare system!
