Commencement of the e-Stamping system in Azad Jammu and Kashmir soon!
An important online meeting was held between PITB, Board of Revenue and Information Technology Board, Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir on 27-Mar-2024 regarding implementation of e-Stamping system in AJK. It was decided in the meeting that implementation of e-Stamping system will be preferred on traditional system in order to ensure transparency. The main objectives of e-Stamping system is to eliminate paper and process related fraudulent practices, leakage of government revenue while storing information in digital form. Through this system, online verification of e-Stamps can be possible. Further, Government revenue shall be increased on successful implementation of the system. The citizen will be able to generate challan online and get e-Stamp paper from bank.
The meeting was attended by Additional Director General e-Stamping PITB Mr. Hammad Hasan Hamdani, Joint Director e-Stamping PITB Haider Ali, Director General Information Technology Board AJK and Secretary Board of Revenue AJK.

The Sindh government has successfully completed its first 129 e-Registries through PITB developed e-Registration & e-Mutation System in the province. These 129 succesfull transactions is the evidence for the success of this system.
e-Registry system is fully integrated with e-Stamping system developed by PITB for the Land Administration & Revenue Management Information System (LARMIS) Sindh, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA). Hence, it will assist the stakeholders in eliminating paper and process related fraudulent practices, leakage of government revenue while storing information in digital form to ensure transparency.
e-Registration & e-Mutation System Sindh is a joint initiative of PITB and Board of Revenue (BOR) Sindh. All the relevant stakeholders and officials of BOP Sindh have appreciated PITB for the timely delivery of the project.

Addition of Challan Form (PLRA Ahl-e-Commission Service Charges) in e-Stamping system
A latest feature in PITB’s developed ‘e-Stamping System’ is Challan Form (PLRA Ahl-e-Commission Service Charges) which is used to generate challan form for service charges of Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) regarding appointment of commission for the process of e-Registration system in Punjab.
To generate challan, visit e-Stamping website www.es.punjab.gov.pk and Click on Challan Form (PLRA Ahl-e-Commission Service Charges). The amount of challan shall be Rs. 5,000/‐ as service charges, which shall be paid in any branch of Bank of Punjab.

A training session regarding e-Stamping & e-Registration system in Sindh was conducted at the Citizen Contact Center on Friday, February 23, 2024. e-Stamping PITB team provided comprehensive knowledge of e-Registration process and guided CCC agents to address queries related to e-Stamping and e-Registration Sindh helpline (0800-77000). The training aimed to ensure that CCC staff are well-equipped to effectively handle inquiries, complaints and provide support related to the e-Stamping and e-Registration system in Sindh.
