The Lahore Society Lions Club hosted a session on "Poverty & Role of Civil Society". Dr. Amjad Saqib, Founder Akhuwat talked about the role of humility in leadership.

Peer Muhammad Ali Abid hails from Toba Tek Singh and is an Alumni of Akhuwat College Class of 2019. He is pursuing his degree in Law from the University of Lahore.

He successfully secured the Global UGRAD Scholarship under USEFP in 2023 and has now made us proud again by securing a Legal Internship with Federal Tax Ombudsman, Government of Pakistan.

Akhuwat Students Shine, Alhamdulillah

Under this program, 70+ students of Akhuwat have started their journey of Higher Education at top universities (NUST, FAST & GIKI) of Pakistan. An event was held on September 13, 2024 to celebrate this great success.

Students from Akhuwat College, Kasur, partnered with Daftooh Football Club to compete in the 'District Inter Club Football League'—and they emerged as champions, securing 1st place! Well done to these young athletes for making us proud and showing that with hard work, anything is possible!

Akhuwat, in partnership with Corvit, has successfully trained hundreds of students in short IT courses such as Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Networking, Web Development, SEO & Graphic Designing. These skills are opening doors for Pakistan’s youth to excel in the global freelance industry and drive innovation.

Akhuwat College, Kasur hosted an Interhouse Volleyball Championship 2024. The tournament concluded successfully, showcasing talent and sportsmanship from all participants.

Mawakhat is the bond of brotherhood between the haves and have-nots of society which lays the foundation of a prosperous society.

Through its Islamic Microfinance Program, Akhuwat provides financial support and nurtures a sense of solidarity and community building.

Akhuwat Education Services provides quality education, free of cost to deserving students across Pakistan.

Our institutions include Akhuwat College, Kasur, Akhuwat College for Women, Chakwal and Akhuwat Mushahida School for Hospitality and Tourism.

Total-Parco Pakistan Limited, organized a session on “Road Safety and Mindset Transformation” for students of Akhuwat College for Women, Chakwal. The session was conducted in collaboration with National Highways Authorities and Motorway Police (NHA&MP) and Rescue 1122, road safety teams.

Akhuwat has disbursed interest-free loans all across Pakistan and empowered over 4 million families by supporting them in forming sustainable pathways out of poverty.

“I was surprised that there is an organization that doesn’t charge any interest on their loans” Ameer Nawaz Khan smiles as he remembers the first time he heard about Akhuwat.

“I am grateful to Akhuwat’s interest-free loan program as running a business with a large interest is extremely difficult. Now, with Akhuwat’s support my business is running smoothly and I am very satisfied.”

Ameer Nawaz Khan from Peshawar took an interest-free loan from Akhuwat to add inventory to his business.
