As my tenure as curator comes to a close, my heart is filled with profound emotions. This journey has been nothing short of magical, thanks to every incredible team member, speaker, partner and attendee who poured their passion into making this event a resounding success.

To everyone who has shared even the slightest of support and effort, has been an essential part of this incredible journey, and I extend my deepest gratitude as each one of you has done wonders.

As I step aside, I have complete confidence in the capable hands of who will be leading TEDxKinnaird into its next chapter.

TEDxKinnaird is excited to announce our upcoming clay workshop, where you will have the opportunity to explore the magic of clay through creative molding and shaping! Clay is a versatile medium used by artists for centuries to create beautiful and intricate works of art, such as pottery. Working with clay can be a therapeutic and calming experience, allowing artists to connect with their inner selves and find peace in the act of creation.

We have the most talented artists guiding you through this workshop:-
Firstly, we have the talented Izza Tahir, whose illusionary works fabricate through multiple mediums, with a philosophical appeal to mythological zings. Her work is home to irate brush strokes that greet their art style with a quirky element that union up both traditional and digital dexterity.

Next up is Minahil Tauseef, who combines her artistic skills with her love of fantasy to create enigmatic artwork that explores the depth of movement and composition. Her use of fantasy metaphors allows her to push the limits of reality, using mythical creatures to tell stories that leave viewers mesmerized.

Mr. Moazen Bilal, a veteran advertiser with a successful record in the media and advertising sectors. His public speaking expertise has allowed him to host multiple events.

Moazen has had the privilege of hosting South Asia’s tallest Flag event, with Chief of Army Staff as the chief guest. Moreover, he hosted the inauguration ceremony of Quaid-e-Azamn Business Park where Imran Khan was the chief guest.

We're sure that we’ve witnessed and heard of many great and talented doctors but very few have created a major difference in our society, so let’s meet one of the most well learned, widely known and hardworking doctors 👏Dr Muneeb khan👏 who is a practicing medical professional with over 25 years of experience.
He is a cancer prevention crusader whose goal is to shatter the myths and fears surrounding the 🚨 “big C” 🚨(cancer) as a death sentence, and to leave a legacy that will see everyone’s risk of developing cancer during their lifetime is reduced.

He is the founder of “Killing Cancer Kindly” organization which has immense support and is followed by a mass majority on various social media platforms. He aims to provide a better environment for us to grow and nurture so that we can prevent diseases and promote health.

TEDxKinnaird is delighted to have Dr Khan enlighten us with a pragmatic list of “Dos” and “Don’ts” for people to be aware of the importance of daily life habits that can help us avoid cancer.

Next we have with us, the Harvard graduate educationist, a true Lahori at heart and an altruistic personality, none other than Mr. Ghazi Taimoor!

He is the Head of Professional Education at the LUMS School of Education. BUT he has much more "wonders" hidden in him. Ghazi, for his love for art, music and culture was invited as a fan behind the scenes of Coke Studio Season 14. And just how you would expect a public-spirited person to be, Ghazi is also known for his empathetic approach towards humanity. He strives to promote kindness and social equity and is a living example of it, as his Twitter story of returning a stranger's wallet went viral and he received love and appreciation for it from around the world. He is the co-founder of Door to awareness- a nonprofit organization and founder to a handful of startups. Ghazi also aims to become the future education minister of Pakistan. Being a Lahori, he OBVIOUSLY shares a very precious bond with this lively city and states that it is where his heart is- as every Lahori would say. We cannot wait to have him over and are WAY TOO thrilled (and rightly too 😀) to have a competent educationist and culture enthusiast like Ghazi as a speaker at TedxKinnaird!

The founder and CEO of My Impact Meter and President of OPEN Lahore Ms. Kanwal Cheema has done her MBA from UNSW Australia. My Impact Meter is an ecosystem for impact services, social media, and centralized platforms. Via the website, Impactors can purchase food 🍎🍔, healthcare 👩🏻‍⚕, and educational services 🎓 for the Impactees of their choice. My Impact Meter generates an impact footprint to assess success in terms of impact, encouraging impactors to continually raise the bar!

Another impressive aspect of her career is her vast work experience. She’s worked as event manager, sales consultant, account director, Vice President, and CEO and has assumed various different roles at different organizations which include, but are not restricted to, Cisco Systems, Corvit Network, and Alpaar Consulting.

We are extremely honored to have such a brilliant speaker at TEDxKinnaird, who has really inspired us by her impressive career work ✨.

A renowned Aitchisonian and co-founder of Out-class (an Edtech Startup in Pakistan), Mr. Ali Nomani’s life has been devoted to teaching and learning. He has an expertise in various fields such as special education, international, urban and rural, public and private school teaching and administration. He has taught at various renowned institutes in Pakistan and abroad. he has bagged many accolades which include, but are not limited to, Urban Scholars Prize from Harvard University and Fellowship at Boston College’s Lynch Leadership Academy. He acts as a mentor and advisor to the younger generation, teachers, businesspeople, and school administrators around the globe. We are glad to have such a brilliant mind on-board with us! What an inspiring person as a speaker.

“I look stunning in my bridal photoshoot!” said no bride ever EXCEPT ones who made the wise decision of choosing Irfan Ahson to photograph her wedding shoot!

Irfan Ahson is a renowned, Award Winning videographer and photographer. His name is synonymous with perfection and extravagance when it comes to covering a wedding function. He has won many awards including Pakistan’s Best Fashion Photography and Google Blog Award in 2010.

What's even more impressive about him is how he draws inspiration from the likes of Bambo Cantrell, and Cartier Bresson; some of the greatest photographers to date. The focal area of his photography is wedding shooting. His ability to make people's special day even more special and hand them over memories in the form of vivid photographs makes him even more praiseworthy. Mr. Ahson definitely has a keen eye for aesthetics and beauty!

We are delighted that Mr. Irfan Ahson will join TEDxKinnaird this year to enlighten the audience on what paradigms he shifted to add excellence to his photography and what can revolutionize contemporary photojournalism.
