جاپان کا ٹوکیو شہر آج کل ایمانداری میں سر فہرست رہتا ہے۔
یہ دس حقائق آپ کو وجہ بتائیں گے۔

1- جاپان میں پہلی جماعت سے لیکر سے تیسری جماعت تک بچوں کو ایک ایسا سبجیکٹ بھی پڑھاتے ہیں جس میں انہیں روزمرہ کے معاملات اور لوگوں کے ساتھ برتاؤ کی اخلاقیات کے بارے میں سمجھایا اور بتایا جاتا ہے۔

2- جاپان میں پہلی جماعت سے تیسری تک بچوں کو فیل کرنے کا کوئی تصور نہیں ہے۔ کیونکہ ان چھوٹے بچوں کی تعلیم کا مقصد ان کی تربیت اور ان کی شخصیت کی تعمیر ہوتی ہے ناکہ ان کو تلقین اور روایتی تعلیم۔

3- چہ جائکہ جاپانی دنیا کی امیر ترین قوموں میں شمار ہوتے ہیں مگر ان کے گھر میں کام کاج کیلئے نوکر اور خادم کا کوئی تصور نہیں پایا جاتا۔ ماں باپ ہی بچوں اور گھر کے ذمہ دار ہوتے ہیں۔

4- جاپانی بچے روزانہ اپنے اساتذہ کے ساتھ ملک 15 منٹ کیلئے اپنے سکول کی جھاڑ پھونک اور صفائی ستھرائی کرتے ہیں، اس مشق کا مقصد انہیں اخلاقی طور پر متواضع بنانا اور عملی طور پر صفائی پسند بنانا ہوتا ہے۔

5- جاپان میں ہر بچہ اپنا دانت صاف کرنے والا برش بھی سکول ساتھ لیکر جاتا ہے، سکول میں کھانے پینے کے بعد ان سے دانت صاف کرائے جاتے ہیں، اپنے بچپن سے ہی ان کو اپنی صحت کا خیال رکھنے والا بنایا جاتا ہے۔

6- سکولوں میں اساتذہ اور منتظمین کھانے کا معیار جانچنے اور بچوں کی سلامتی کو یقینی بنانے کیلئے طلباء سے آدھا گھنٹہ پہلے کھانا کھاتے ہیں۔ کیونکہ وہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ یہی بچے ہی جاپان کا مستقبل ہیں اور ان کی حفاظت کا یقینی بنایا جانا کتنا اہم ہے۔

7- جاپان میں صفائی کا کام کرنے والے کو ایک خاص نام سے پکارا جاتا ہے جس کا مطلب ہیلتھ اینجینئر بنتا ہے۔ اس کی تنخواہ امریکی ڈالر میں 5000 سے 8000 کے درمیان رہتی ہے۔ اس ملازمت کیلئے امیدوار باقاعدہ زبانی اور تحریری امتحان پاس کرتے ہیں۔

8- جاپان میں گاڑیوں، ریسٹورنٹس اور بند مقامات پر موبائل استعمال نہیں کیا جاتا۔ جاپان میں سائلنٹ موڈ پر لگے موبائل کو ایک خاص نام دیا جاتا ہے جس کا مطلب اخلاق پر لگا ہونا بنتا ہے۔

9- جاپان میں اگر آپ کسی کھلی دعوت یا بوفیہ ڈنر پر چلے جائیں وہاں پر بھی یہی دیکھیں گے کہ لوگو اپنی پلیٹوں میں ضرورت کے مطابق ہی کھانا ڈالتے ہیں۔ پلیٹوں میں کھانا بچا چھوڑنا جاپانیوں کی عادت نہیں ہے۔

10- جاپان میں سال بھر گاڑیوں کی اوسط تاخیر 7 سیکنڈ تک ہوتی ہے۔ جاپانی وقت کے قدردان لوگ ہیں اور منٹوں سیکنڈوں کی بھی قیمت جانتے ہیں.....

11- بہت خوب لیکن ایک ضروری بات وہ یہ کہ۰۰ جاپانی امیر نہیں ہیں ۰۰ دنیا کے 100 امیر لوگوں میں ایک بھی جاپانی نہیں ہے۰۰زندگی بہت سمپل ہے۰۰
اور ٹیلی فون سائلنٹ موڈ جس کو جاپانی میں "Manner mode"کہتےہیں اورہمارے ہاں بائیک کا سائیلنسر بھی منہ پھٹ کرواتے ہیں نوجوان تاکہ بساط بھر مزید شور پیدا کر سکیں۔

English Rules
*"دا The " اور " دی The"*

انگریزی کے جو الفاظ واؤلز* (vowels) سے شروع ہ وتے ہیں ان سے پہلے The ہو تو اس کا تلفظ " دی " ہوگا۔ مثلا ً The Earth کو دی ارتھ بولیں گے اور The East کو دی ایسٹ۔
اور جو جوالفاظ consonents ** سے شروع ہوتے ہیں ان سے پہلے The ہو تو اس کا تلفظ "دا " ہوگا مثلا ً The West کو دا ویسٹ بولیں گے اور The Sky کو دا سکاۓ بولیں گے۔
* انگریزی حروف تہجی A,E,I,O,U کو واؤلز Vowels کہا جاتا ہے۔ اس کا تلفظ واول wawal نہیں ہے جو ہم میں سے اکثر بولتے ہیں۔
** واؤلز کے علاوہ بقیہ تمام حروف consonant کہلاتے
ہیں

*10 Golden Rules on Spelling* Correction in English Grammar
*Rule 1:*
When the suffix “full” is added to a word, one “ I” is removed.
Faith + full = faithful
Use + full= useful
*Rule 2:*
If the word to which the suffix “full” is added ends in “ll”, one “I” is removed from the word also.
Skill +full = skilful
Will + full= wilful
*Rule 3:*
Words of two or three syllables ending in single vowel + single consonant double the final consonant if the last syllable is stressed. Eg-
Permit + ed = permitted
Occur + ing =occurring
Control + ed =controlled
Begin + ing = beginning
*Rule 4:*
Consonant ‘L’ is doubled in the words ending in single vowel + “I” before a suffix beginning with a vowel eg.
Signal + ing = signalling
Repel + ent = repellent
Quarrel + ed = quarrelled
Travel + er = traveller
*Rule 5*
: Words ending in silent “e”, drop the “e” before a suffix beginning with a voweleg.
Hope + ing = hoping
Live + ed = lived
Drive + er = driver
Tire + ing= tiring
*Rule 6:*
If the suffix begins with a consonant “e” is not dropped e.g
Hope + full = hopeful
Sincere + ly= sincerely
But,
True + ly = truly
Nine + th = ninth
Argue + ment = argument
*Rule 7:*
A final “y” following a consonant changes to “i” before a suffix except “ing”. Eg.
Carry + ed = carried
Happy + ly = happily
Marry + age = marriage
Beauty + full = beautiful
But,
Marry + ing = marrying
Carry + ing = carrying
*Rule 8:*
A final “y” following a vowel does not change before a suffix. Eg:
Obey + ed = obeyed
Play + er = player
Pray + ed= prayed
*Rule 9:*
When the suffix “ous” is added to a word ending in “ce”, “e” is changed to “i”.
Space + ous= spacious
Vice + ous= vicious
Malice + ous = malicious
Grace + ous= gracious
*Rule 10:*
When the suffix “ing” is added to a word ending in “ie”, “ie” is changed to “y”.
Lie + ing= lying
Die + ing = dying
Tie + ing= tying...
