گہرے بہت گہرے سمندر میں ڈوبنا کتنا خوفناک ہوتا ہوگا خاص طور پر اس کے لیے....جسے تیرنا ہی نہیں آتا..... آکسیجن جسم میں قید بھی نہیں رہ سکتی... کاربن ڈائی آکسائیڈ گیس جیسے دھیرے دھیرے دونوں ہاتھوں سے گلا گھونٹ رہی ہو...گہرا سمندر اپنی نچلی سطح پر ہاتھ پاؤں مارتے جسم کو کھینچ رہا ہو...کتنا دردناک ہوتا ہوگا یہ وقت جب انسان بے بسی کے عالم میں ہوتا ہے...
مجھے لگتا ہے اسکول یا کالج میں ایک سبجیکٹ Swimming کا بھی رکھنا چاہیے....ہر بچے بچی کو سکھانا چاہیے اللہ نہ کرے لیکن نہ جانے زندگی کے کس موڑ پر ایسے حالات سے واسطہ پڑ سکتا ہے.... آخر کو زندگی ہے بھید بھری.... کون جانے کب کس وقت زندگی میں ایسا موڑ آجائے......

کیا آپ کو swimming آتی ہے یا کب آپ کو شدت سے احساس ہوا ہو کہ کاش مجھے swimming آتی.

Public health society/ FVAS/ORIC/Hostel Administration in collaboration with Punjab AIDS control Program ( PACP) & primary and secondary healthcare dpt has opted for hepatitis/HIV and syphilis free drive during entire month of January which includes seminars, awareness walk, community services, and free early screening and treatment. PACP will help the University in conducting the free screening tests that would enable us to claim first hepatitis/HIV and syphilis free university in Pakistan. Please collaborate us in terms of class to class awareness campaign to highlight the early diagnosis through screening for good prognosis. Also, encourage the students and staff to go through screening process for diagnostic purpose. Together we can achieve our task of making our university free of these diseases of terminal nature
