This is about a young 22 years old lively boy who lost his spark due to
unprofessionalism.

Mr Aamir was unhappy with the way his smile was(pic 2-3). He came to Fakhira Dental with his complaint and wanted braces for it but upon complete case study it was concluded that he needs surgical correction for his malocclusion. The treatment was discussed with him but he refused as he could not afford the expenses of surgery.

About after 6 months, he came to us again with a drastic presentation(pic 4). He went to some quack who lured him to
getting his healthy teeth extracted. He also told him that he'll have to remove his lower teeth as well. He then was left devastated, with no money and an even unpleasant smile. He was socially
separated, quit his job and depressed at such young age.
We were shocked to see what had happened to him. Seeing him like that we just couldn't let him go and then with the help of CAD/CAM we designed his smile on computer and then translated it in his
mouth.

It took one month to recreate his lost anatomy but seeing him happy again was worth it.

1. Deep Scaling (first visit)
2. Elevation of marginal gingiva under LA and root planning was done, with debridement of inflamed tissue. (This procedure was done quadrant wise in four visits)
