مائیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

کچھ دیر قبل میری بہو نے ہاتھوں کے دو گجرے لا کر میز پر رکھے اور کہا:" یہ آپ کے لیے ہیں۔"
میری پوتی جس کی عمر تین برس ہونے کو ہے اس نے ایک گجرا لپک کر اٹھا لیا اور بولی:"یہ میری ماما کے لیے ہے"۔

اس بات پہ ہم سب محظوظ ہوئے اور ہنس پڑے تو میں نے کہا:"اس گھر میں دو مائیں ہیں دونوں برابر اکرام کی مستحق ہیں "۔
ننھی بچی نے بڑی بات کی طرف توجہ دلائی۔۔

سچی بات ہے کہ ایک چھت کے نیچے دو مائیں اگر ایک دوسرے کا اکرام نہیں کرتیں تو زندگی بہت مشکل ہو جاتی ہے۔۔
بحیثیت بہو شاید کچھ توقعات پوری نہ ہوتی ہوں آپ کی لیکن بحیثیت "ماں" اپ کی بہو اتنی ہی مکمل ہے جتنی خود آپ۔۔۔
عورت, عورت کے دکھ جانتی ہے۔۔۔
سب مائیں بچوں کو ایک جیسی محنت سے پالتی ہیں۔۔

جب میں اپنی ساس کے سلوٹ زدہ ہاتھ دیکھتی تو سوچتی یہ ہمیشہ سے یوں ہی تو نہیں ہوں گے۔۔
خدمتوں کی کتنی داستانیں چھپی ہیں ان لکیروں میں۔۔۔

ہر بہو قابل احترام ہے کہ بہرحال وہ ماں ہے ۔۔۔
اور ماں دنیا کی سب سے عظیم ہستی ہے۔۔۔
تو وہ عظیم ہستی میرے گھر میں قابل مذمت ہو۔۔۔ اس سے زیادہ قابل مذمت کون سا گھرانہ ہو گا سماج میں۔۔۔

اسی چھت کے نیچے شوہر کی ماں بھی رہتی ہے ۔۔
شوہر کی ماں بہو کی ماں تو نہیں مگر ماں جیسی تو ہے۔۔۔۔ نہ ہمیشہ سے اس عمر کی تھی نہ ہی کمزور۔۔۔

اگر اپ کے دل میں ساس کی طرف سے کوئی کپٹ ہے بھی تو یہ یاد رکھیں کہ جتنی آپ اپنے بچوں کے لیے محنت کرتی ہیں اپ کی ساس نے اپ کے شوہر کو پالنے میں اس سے کم محنت نہیں کی ہے۔۔۔اس کو بھی یونہی پالنے میں جھلایا گیا ہے۔۔۔اس کے بھی اتنے ہی ناز اٹھائے گئے ہیں۔۔
اس وقت تو اتنے وسائل بھی نہیں ہوتے تھے۔۔۔

آپ اپنے بچوں کے لیے جو خواب دیکھتی ہیں اج سے دو, تین, چار دہائیاں پہلے اپ کی ساس بھی ایسے ہی خواب دیکھتی تھی۔۔۔ اور اج سے دو تین عشرے بعد اپ بھی وہیں کھڑی ہوں گی جہاں اج اپ کی ساس ہے۔۔
وقت ٹھہرے گا نہ انسان باقی رہیں گے ۔۔۔کوئی چیز باقی رہے گی تو ہماری اقدار ,جو ہماری انے والی نسلوں کی شناخت بنیں گی وہ آج کی اقدار ہوں گی۔۔
جس گھر کے لوگ رشتوں کو جوڑنے کی خاطر ہر قربانی دے سکتے ہیں وہی مثالی گھرانہ ہے۔۔ جہاں حقوق مانگے نہیں جاتے بڑھ کر ادا کیے جاتے ہیں۔
ساس کو ماں نہ سمجھیں مگر شوہر کی ماں سمجھ کر اتنا تو اکرام دیں جتنا آپ اپنی ماں کے لیے اپنی بھابھی سے توقع رکھتی ہیں۔۔

ماؤں کے دن کا پیغام یہ کہ۔۔۔۔
ایک گھر کی چھت کے نیچے جتنی مائیں رہتی ہیں ان کے درمیان "ان لاز" کے یعنی قانونی رشتے نہیں ہیں۔۔۔
یہ محبت کےرشتے ہیں۔۔۔
یہ صرف مامتا کا رشتہ ہے۔۔۔
دومائیں ایک دوسرے کے حقوق کی محافظ نہ ہونگی تو دنیا کی عدالتیں انصاف کو بھیک میں مانگنے پرمجبور ہو جائیں گی۔۔۔
ماں بہت پیاری ہے۔۔۔ماں سے پیارا رشتہ روئےزمین پربنا ہی نہیں۔۔۔بن ہی نہیں سکتا۔۔۔
وہ میری ماں ہو۔۔۔۔
میرے شوہر کی ماں۔۔۔۔
یا
میرے پوتی پوتوں کی پیاری ماں۔۔۔

ہم سب ماؤں کے دل اپس میں جڑ جائیں تو بہت سے افسانہ اور ڈرامہ نگاروں کو موضوعات کا قحط پڑ جائے گا۔۔۔۔۔
