بہا الدین زکریا یونیورسٹی ملتان، انسٹیٹیوٹ آف فزکس میں شجر کاری مہم کا آغاز، ڈین فیکلٹی آف سائنس، ڈائریکٹر انسٹیٹیوٹ آف فزکس، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جاوید احمد، نے نمائشی اور پھل دار پودے لگا کر کیا۔ اس موقع پر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جاوید احمد کا کہنا تھا کہ تعلیم اور ریسرچ کلچر کے ساتھ کیمپس کی خوبصورتی ترجیح بنیادوں پر کی جائے گی۔ کیونکہ یہ سنت نبوی بھی ہے اور صدقہ جاریہ بھی۔ اس موقع پر پروفیسر صاحبان جن میں پروفیسر ڈاکٹر انور منظور ، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نعیم انجم، ڈاکٹر عبدالشکور، ڈاکٹر جنید اقبال، ڈاکٹر احسن مظہر، ڈاکٹر نعمان عثمانی، ڈاکٹر عارف خلیل، مسٹر عاصم جاوید، ڈاکٹر مریم حنا، ڈاکٹر وسیم عباس، ڈاکٹر نازیہ ارم اور ڈین آفس کے سٹاف، محمد علیم اشرف محمد یسین اورمحمد زبیر اسلم نے شرکت کی اور اپنے حصے کے پودے لگائے ۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جاوید احمد کی اس کاوش پر تمام فیکلٹی ممبران نے اس بات کا اعادہ کیا کہ بھر پور طریقے سے مہم کو کامیاب کرانے کیلئے اپنا کردار ادا کرینگے اور شعبہ فزکس میں زیادہ سے زیادہ پھل دار پودے لگائے جائیں گے تاکہ طلبا و طالبات سائے کے ساتھ ساتھ پھلوں سے بھی لطف اندوز ہوسکیں۔

HAPPY RETIREMENT🌻
After dedicating many years to teaching and conducting research in the field of physics, Prof. Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam has gracefully retired from his esteemed position. Throughout his career, he has been a guiding light in the Institute of physics (IOP), sharing his knowledge and passion with students and colleagues.
He used to teach in a very simple and easy way. He liked to show experiments and make hard things easy to understand. Students felt happy asking questions and working together because of how friendly and helpful he was. Prof. Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam was known for his exceptional politeness and always wore a warm smile on his face. His friendly behaviour created a welcoming atmosphere in the classroom, making students feel comfortable and valued. With a constant display of kindness and approachability, Prof. Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam promoted a positive learning environment where everyone felt encouraged to participate and engage.
In Prof. Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam's research lab, M.Phil/PhD students worked together in a friendly way. Prof. Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam liked to encourage conversations where students could share their thoughts and questions without feeling worried. He encouraged a supportive environment where M.Phil/PhD students could freely exchange research ideas and thoughts, enabling a deeper understanding of research topics. Prof. Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam maintained a friendly attitude, always approachable and willing to offer guidance and support to research students. This approach not only facilitated academic growth but also cultivated strong relationships built on trust and mutual respect within the research team.
Professor Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam was greatly respected by colleagues for his professionalism and integrity. Known for his dedication to his teaching/research work, he earned admiration for his expertise in his field. Colleagues often turned to them for advice on research and academic matters, appreciating his insights. Despite his high position, Professor Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam was friendly and humble, treating everyone with respect. This created a supportive environment where collaborations thrived.
Today, Dean Faculty of science, director Institute of Physics (IOP), Prof. Dr. Javed Ahmad with other colleagues gathered to Honor Prof. Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam's hard work and dedication. In a gesture of appreciation, Prof. Dr. Javed Ahmad presented a flower bouquet alongside colleagues, symbolizing gratitude for Prof. Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam's contributions to the Physics community. Prof. Dr. Javed Ahmad commended Prof. Dr. Misbah-Ul-Islam's remarkable work and extended heartfelt wishes for his future endeavours.
