The "Wind of Change" session, hosted by the Department of Student Affairs at Air University Multan Campus, commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Following this, Abu Saad, a motivational speaker from the Youth Club, took the stage to address the audience. He shared inspiring messages and aimed to impart the fundamental ideas and principles of Islam. The event proved to be highly informative, and attendees gained valuable insights, making it an exceptional session.

Air University Multan Campus hosted an impactful Breast Cancer Awareness event, led by Dr. Rubina Mukhtar, a renowned Radiologist and Breast Imaging Specialist at Minar Cancer Hospital in Multan. The event brought together AUMC's female students, faculty, and staff, fostering a strong sense of unity as they openly addressed their concerns and posed insightful questions. Collectively, they are dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding breast cancer and spreading crucial awareness about this disease.

Air University Multan Campus is thankful to Pakistan Stock Exchange Lahore for hosting and guiding our students of BBA, BSAF, BSAvm and BSCS about overall working and investment opportunities at stock market. It was really an informative and on-field learning session for the students.

We are pleased to announce the upcoming selection for club and society executive positions, which will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our vibrant student community.

Timeline:

September 13th, 2023: Announcement and launch of the selection process
September 20th, 2023(1630 hrs): Deadline for submitting nominations/ applications
September 22th 2023: Verification of nominations and candidate eligibility
September 25th-26st, 2023: Interviews
September 28th, 2023: Announcement of elected leaders for the academic year 2023-2024
Application Criteria:

All candidates must be currently enrolled students.
Candidates must have demonstrated active participation and engagement in the club or society they wish to lead.
A minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.2 is required to be eligible for nomination.
Candidates should possess effective communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with fellow students and faculty advisors.
Application Process:

Interested students should submit an application form to the Student Affairs Office.
Applicants are required to include an activity Calendar, a statement of purpose, outlining their vision, plans and ideas for the respective club or society (Please note that the use of any AI tools or assistance is strictly prohibited for writing. We kindly request you to rely solely on your own words and creativity. Any individuals found using AI tools or similar assistance will be disqualified from the selection process.)
Upon submission, the Student Affairs Department will review each application based on the selection criteria.
Interview Guidelines:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the Student Affairs Department.
Interviews will be conducted during the period of September 25th-26st, 2023.
During the interview, candidates will have the opportunity to present their vision and plans for the respective club or society, as well as answer any questions posed by the interview panel.
Final Selection Process:

Following the interviews, the selection panel will evaluate each candidate based on their application, statement of purpose and interview performance.
The final selection of club and society leaders will be made based on merit, suitability and alignment
with the goals of the respective clubs or societies.
