The coarse nodular pattern can be observed in almost all etiologic forms of cirrhosis. It characterizes fewer than 20% of cases related to HBs and HCv and an even smaller percentage of those associated with alcohol abuse, but in these forms it clearly constitutes an added risk factor for the development of HCC (Hepatocellular carcinoma).
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common type of primary liver cancer.

Here is a case of a middle aged male patient, with c/o of just an upset stomach. The scan shows us a coarse liver parenchyma with a small hypoechoic lesion as shows below ,with the color window applied , suggestive of a Hepatocellular carcinoma .

Renal cell carcinoma (see the vedio below) is the most common type of kidney cancer in adults. It accounts for approximately 85% of neoplasms arising from the kidney. It may remain clinically occult for most of its course. Only 10% of patients present with the classic triad of flank pain, hematuria, and flank mass.

A goiter refers to an enlarged thyroid gland. Sometimes a goiter has multiple nodules or bumps on it, which is called a multinodular goiter. Most thyroid nodules are harmless but some can be cancerous
The cause(s) of multinodular goitre are, in most cases, unknown. A simple and diffuse goitre may develop into a multinodular goitre over time. The following risk factors have been identified: iodine deficiency, female gender, increasing age and family history of multinodular goitre.
Here is a case of a female middle aged patient came at our clinic with clinicaly swollen neck. The scan showing enlarged thyroid with multiple nodules throughout.

Adenomyomatosis is a benign condition that can present with right upper quadrant pain and is characterized by hyperplasia of the gallbladder wall mucosa and muscularis propria, with pathognomonic epithelial invaginations forming cystic pockets (Rokitansky-Aschoff sinuses).
Here is a case reported today at our clinic . A middle aged female with c/o upset stomach, vomating and right upper quadrant pain. The scan showing appearance suggestive of Adenomyomatosis , along with a gallstone in the neck of Gb.

We can see a partialy contracted gb with thickened walls along with some pericholecysytic fluid...associated with a gall stone stuck in its neck ....

The scan shows a small simple cyst in the liver ..Right lobe .

22 weeks fetus with no FCA and FM... suggestive of (IUD).
The head shows the skull bones overlaping eachother suggestive of "Spalding sign"... Hit like when u see it 👍

The scan shows an echogenic focus of about 5mm in the mid part of prostat ..suggestive of a prostatic uretheral calculous.

A female patient ..Age 30yrs..C/O pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea and menorrhagia..
The scan reveals a large complex lesion in the pelvis towards left side ,with interna septations accompanied by some bleed (choclate cyst appearance) ..seems like an ovarian Cystadenoma/Cystadenocarcinoma..?!
