Think for a while that your sister, your daughter, or your wife is pregnant and she assaulted by mob of people on issue that why there is no bed available in ward, then how you shall be feeling?

Shortage of beds is not created by doctors
Doctors have not occupied these beds, neither they are sleeping, nor their relatives have occupied but beds are filled by patients and there already doubling of patients in wards and even extra beds are always put to manage the ward.

Where do a doctor go ?
Govt should plan a nationwide program so that problems can be solved

Today the landlords of medical profession have gathered in the Academic Council of their respective Medical Universities, colleges and hospitals and as per the dictation of higher Lord ( health secretary Najam Shah) they have decided that any of their bloody peasant( Medical officer, PG and HO) tries to fight for his right or secure his future by being a part of YDAP Protest against Central Induction Policy at Punjab Assembly on 21st July 2016 will face sever consequences. Let us make some thing clear to our Feudal Land Lords that we will fight till the last drop of our blood for our RIGHTS. OUR FUTURE OUR DECISION. Moreover if our feudals want us to get inducted through CIP why there isn't any central merit for appointment of feudal Lords. If our central induction is justified than how about making a centralized merit of Feudal Lords so that peripheral hospital could also have a glimpse of Feudals.

Sir even a single termination, Suspension or Explaination would be over my Dead Body. Enough is Enough.

A tragic episode of violence and harassment occured today around 3:00 am in surgical 2. The doctor on duty was tortured. A PGR and 4 houseofficers were taken hostage for an hour until more than 50 young doctors gathered in S2. The hostage doctors were rescued and police was called who recorded statements. An application has been forwarded for FIR against the culprits. Today YDA Sahiwal will meet MS for our genuine demand of security guards in hospital. We can use our options of protest and strike if our demands are not met.
I thank all young doctors for their timely arrival at site.

Keeping in view the need for a book on infectious diseases for school going children in specific and public at large we took the initiative and made a comprehensive book on more than 26 infectious diseases which are communicable. The book is in English, Urdu and Nepalese language and will be translated into other languages as an initiative for other third world countries with poor health conditions. It has illustrations for children too. The Copyright Certificate received yesterday from the Government of Pakistan. The Doctors took this initiative keeping in view the fact that 150 people had died because of dengue, 25 children due to diphtheria, 200 plus children due to measles epidemic and polio was still not eradicated in last few years. It took us 8 months to make the book and will be launched in next week. It is Young Doctors Initiative to strengthen primary health care by ensuring Nadeem Akram Butt Aslam Rao Umair Ashfaq Naeem Majeed Muhammad Taqi Asad Raza Pasanda Sharma Shiraz Siddiq Ali . How many more accidents do we want ? Do we really want a doctor do die on the road ? Our ex HO Dr Gohar met an accident on his way home after a sleepless 36 hours duty and he slept while driving and his car got of the road and struck into the tree , he was lucky it didn't fell into the canal. He was taken to Doctors Hospital immediately by ambulance and is fine now . He is presently a surgery PG at Mayo Hospital Lahore.

So another Doctor Gets Beaten Up at PIMS..

After scoring top marks in their entire educational career... spending their nights out in studies leaving every other comfort of their lives.... working 80-90 hours a week..saving lives...

Not taking care of food, families, sleep, their own health , this is what they deserve...best them up...beat them hard...our nation doesn't deserve them...yes you macho men you can beat that benign thing called a doctor as he has spent his life with books and patients not in fights and politics...like you....that is why 5000 doctors leave this country...and thousands others are thinking to...

BEAT THEM because they cant beat the hell out of you back...

BEAT THEM because they aren't gods who can save all your patient whome you got treated by quacks before taking them to a doctor in terminal condition.

BEAT THEM because they couldn't save your patient although they saved 100 others that day but well that doesn't matter

BEAT THEM because it was the doctor not your patient who smoked for 20 years and took fatty oily food and now got a heart attack.

BEAT THEM because it was the doctor not government who privided your patients with low quality medication if any.

BEAT THEM because it was the doctor not government who built a metro instead of building hospitals.

BEAT THEM because it was doctor not you who got your mother treated by a hakim for 2 years and got her kidneys failed.

BEAT THEM because you want to vent out your grief and sadness on SOMETHING.

BEAT THEM as this white coat doesn't deserve respect.

BEAT THEM because your family is more important your son is more loveable doctors are orphans and don't have a family.

BEAT THEM as they can't provide you with the medication goverment doesn't provide them.

BEAT THEM as no new hospitals are being built countering increasing population , it's indeed a doctor's job to build new hospital.

BEAT THEM as they can't provide you with state of the art teatment in not so state of the art hospitals.

BEAT THEM ..........just beat them for no reason...they deserve it.

This is the worst place to work as a doctor...let the police beat them...let the people beat them...let every one best them till you can see them no more...!!!
