Today on 27/08/2022 at 1700 hrs IDF Central council members and provincial members KP under the leadership of Dr Mudir had a meeting with minister for health Mr taimur jagrha. ADG health services Dr Ikram. IDF team included Dr Asim riaz, Dr Saeed mustafa , Dr Saad khan, Khyber college of dentistry was represented by Dr Nasir Shah and Dr Saddique, Coordinator health sector research and reform unit (HSRU) Dr. Faryal Saeed

1. IDF shared commencement of FCPS training in peripheral dental colleges after the supervisors undergo their respective workshops.

2. IDF reinforced for the rapid completion of the ayub dental college and it’s shifting to the new building.

2. IDF suggested plans for allied dental professionals that may be proposed in committee HSRU, there is no mandatory trainings and governance structure for Allied Dental Professionals.

3. Mechanism to improve function and Infrastructure deficiency in periphery were highlighted thoroughly.

4 Creation of Director, DD, AD dental seats at Health Directorate kp

5. Inclusion of Emergency Dental Services in Sehat Insaf Card plus

Health minister agreed and instructed Additional Director General health services to make a HSRU committee to periodically follow all the dental issues pertaining to health department on regular basis. Vote of thanks exchanged

Team Insaf Doctor Forum ATH called on the Chief Executive MTI ATH Prof Dr Umar Farooq.
Agenda points were discussed ahead of IDF meeting with Chairman Board and rest of members, to get the best out of it
The meeting was in detail and had a comprehensive agenda to it .
The main agenda points were related to Institute Based Practice IBP and Sehat Sahulat Program in ATH.
The government policies should immediately take their course with the stance always directed towards community welfare and patient oriented.
Deficiencies related to improvement in health delivery services were highlighted

Team IDF LRH under leadership of Dr sajad dawar has done a meeting with Prof Dr Nowsherwan burki on following agenda

1) Initiation of sehat card in IBP , directed MD LRH to start sehat card in IBP from monday
2) On request of idf sir agreed to appoint new MOs for LRH
3 tmo Entittlement issue inshallah very soon all tmos will be entitled

4) Hostl can be given to male tmos there is no ban on it But priority will be gavin to females

5Doctor Caferteria will be functional soon
6 Clerance of discharged patient discussed and agreed that every admission should be carried out through sehat card so that no one pay extra payment

انصاف ڈاکٹر فورم پنجاب کے صدر ڈاکٹر محسن رانجھا کی قیادت میں ڈاکٹرز کے اعلی سطح کے وفد کی چیرمین قومی ٹاسک فورس برائے صحت ڈاکٹر نوشیروان برکی سے اہم ملاقات ۔
اس اجلاس کے دوران صوبے میں صحت کے نظام کو درپیش مسائل خصوصاً ڈاکٹرز اور مریضوں کو جن چیلنجز کا سامنا ہے انکو زیر بحث لایا گیا۔
ان مسائل کے متعلق برکی صاحب نے انصاف ڈاکٹرز فورم کے ممبران سے فیڈبیک طلب کیا۔
اپنے ردعمل میں ڈاکٹر محسن رانجھا نے تجویز پیش کی کہ اچھی شہرت کے حامل موثر افراد کو بورڈ آف گورنرز (BOG) میں شامل کیا جائے اور اس سلسلے میں قابل لوگوں کی تلاش کا کام جاری ہے۔
ڈاکٹر محسن نے برکی صاحب کو نئے ڈاکٹرز کی تقرری کی ضرورت سے آگاہ کیا۔ ڈاکٹر نوشیرواں برکی نے نئے ڈاکٹرز کی خدمات حاصل کرنے کے عمل کو تیز کرنے پر زور دیا۔
محکمہ صحت کی طرف سے ایڈہاک ایم او کے کنٹریکٹ بلاجوز رینیو کرنے کے بجائے منسوخ کرنے پر ڈاکٹر نوشیرواں برکی نے برہمی کا اظہار کیا اور اسے ڈاکٹرز کے ساتھ ظلم اور جبر قرار دیا۔انہوں نے محکمہ صحت کو اس پالیسی پر فوراً نظر ثانی کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔
آخر میں ایک اہم مسئلہ یعنی نیشنل لائسنسنگ ایگزیم(NLE) سے متعلق طلبا کے تحفظات برکی صاحب کے سامنے رکھے گئے اور ان سے التماس کی گئی کہ پاکستان میڈیکل کونسل (PMC) اور طلبا کے درمیان ثالث کا کردار ادا کریں اور اس بحران کو جلد از جلد حل کروایا جائے ۔
اجلاس میں صدر انصاف ڈاکٹرز فورم ڈاکٹر محسن رانجھا کے ہمراہ ڈاکٹر عاصم،ڈاکٹر اسجد، ڈاکٹر ابیرا فاطمہ، ڈاکٹر شہربانو،ڈاکٹر کائنات اور ڈاکٹر عروج نے آئی ڈی ایف پنجاب کی نمائندگی کی۔

2)Budget increase for Khyber College of Dentistry.
3) Discussed Ayub Dental College and building will be completed in 6 months.
4) Increasing the slots for Dental PGT.
5) Withdrawal of Dental Surgeons and Dental Technicians from Medical Emergency Duties.
6.Mechanism to improve function and infrastructure of Govt owned dental facilities
7.Discussed for advertising new Dental Jobs by Fixed plus Share basis.

On the recommendations of Insaf Doctors Forum kp , CEO PGMI, signed an MOU with the bank Al habib for auto car finance for tmos.
The bank will offer special rates for financing vehicles on installment.

Pay rise is one the genuine demands of frontline health care workers. Apart from this special allowances must be given in fighting this pandemic.
A committee has already been formed on the directives of Health Minister led by Dr Zeeshan Afzal
All what's needed now is a collective push
