۴۔ غیر مُلکی آئی ٹی کمپنیوں کو سرمایہ کاری کی دعوت اس شرط پر دی جائے کہ یونیورسٹیوں میں اے آئی کے ڈپارٹمنٹ قائم کریں گے اور بدلے میں ٹیکس میں چھوٹ جیسی مراعات حاصل کریں۔

۵۔ فوری طور پر سائبر کرائم قوانین میں تبدیلیاں ، قوانین پر عملدرآمد ، اور عملدرآمد کے لیے اے آئی کا سہارا لیا جانا چاہیے ، غیر ضروری طوالت اور فارمیلیٹیز سے اجتناب کیا جائے۔

۶۔ آئی ٹی ماہرین ، آئی ٹی کمپنی نمائیندگان ، غیر مُلکی سرمایایہ کاروں کے لئے ویزا آن ارائیول ، ائیر ٹریولنگ اخراجات میں پچیس فیصد کمی ، اور کمائی پر ٹیکس کم کرنے جیسے اقدامات ہنگامی بنیادوں پر کئے جانے چاہئیں

۷۔ آئی ٹی سے متعلقہ لوگوں کو سپیشل آئی ڈی کارڈز ، قانونی معاملات میں ون ڈے ون ونڈو آپریشن کا آغاز کیا جائے

۸۔ آئی ٹی کمپنیوں کے ڈالرز اکاونٹ آن لائن کھولنے کی سہولت کے ساتھ ساتھ سرمایہ باہر منتقل نہ کرنے اور ان ڈالرز کو ریزروز کے ساتھ منسلک کرنے والی کمپنیوں کو انٹرسٹ دیا جائے

۹- ہر وہ کمپنی یا ادارہ جو اپنے تمام معاملات کو پیپر لیس کر کے ٹیکنالوجی کے استعمال پر شفٹ کر دے اُسے پچیس فیصد ٹیکس چھوٹ دی جائے

۱۰۔ آئی ٹی بیس پائلٹ پراجیکٹس شروع کئے جائیں جس میں افرادی قوت پرائیویٹ کمپنیوں ، یونیورسٹیوں ، آئی ٹی اداروں ، غیر مُلکی سرمایہ کاروں سے لی جائے ، کامیاب ماڈلز کی مُفت ترویج و اشاعت کی جائے.
