محترم والدین
آج کل گرمی کی شدت میں روز بروز اضافہ ہوتا جا رہا یے۔سکول انتظامیہ کی طرف سے آپ کو کچھ ہدایات ری جا رہی ہیں۔ ہمارا ماننا ہے کہ آپ اپنے بچوں کے لئے اگر ان ہدایات پر عمل کریں گے تو آپ کے بچے پوری گرمیوں میں ہشاش بشاش رہے گے۔
1) بچوں کو سکول بھیجتے وقت اور واپسی پر ہئٹ اور دھوپ والے چشمے ضرور پہنائیں۔
2) سکول آتے اور واپسی پر انہیں گیلہ تولیہ ہیٹ کے نیچے رکھنے کی ہدایت دیں۔
3) چھتری کا استعمال کریں۔
4) اسکول کے لئے اور گھر میں انہیں زیادہ سے زیادہ پانی اور مشروبات دیں۔ یاد رکھیں بہت زیادہ ٹھنڈا اور برف والا کوئی بھی مشروب صحت کے لئے نقصان دہ ہے۔
5) بچوں کو گھر اور اسکول کے لئے ہلکی غذائیں دیں۔ جیسے سینڈوچ، سلاد, پاستا، فروٹ۔ چکنائی وال کھانوں سے پرہیز کریں کیونکہ ایسے کھانے گرمیوں میں دل خراب ، پیٹ کے درد اور مختلف بیماریوں کی وجہ بنتے ہیں۔
6) اپنے بچوں کو ناشتہ کرنے کی عادت ڈالیں کیونکہ یہ دن کی پہلی غذا ہوتی ہے اور بچوں کو پورا دن تر و تازہ رکھتا ہے
7) بچوں کو ہدایت دیں کہ چپس، لالی پپ، چاکلیٹ جیسے جنک فوڈ سے ان دنوں میں پرہیز کریں۔
8) بچوں کو گھر میں زیادہ سے زیادہ فروٹ کھلائیں جیسے تربوز
9) بچوں کو یہ ہدایت ضرور دیں کہ چاہے جتنی گرمی لگ رہی ہو باہر سے فورا آئے سیدھا پنکھے، اے سی یا شاور کہ سامنے نہ جائیں۔
اللہ ہم سب کے بچوں کو اور ہمیں اپنے حفظ و آمان میں رکھیں۔ آمین

Results day is joyful as well as sorrowful because who pass are given rewards (as appreciation)for their struggle and commitment in the outgoing session.
I congratulate all those who are promoted to next classes, and send massage to all those who couldn't make it this time that failure is a way to success as well but you have to realize.
All these students must have some futuristic ambitions as some would like to be Doctor, Engineer, Lawyer, Scientist and so on,but I would convey them massage that wherever and whatever you want to be, go for it,but always keep humanity above all.

Examination is a formal test that students take in order to show their knowledge about the particular subject often done in written form.
