or surroundings of the school area but many students traveled from far flung areas to due to high expectations of learning from this school. The area is based on lower middle class families and Pakhtton/Balochi/Brahvi and Urdu speaking. At start there were only 148 students which were enrolled and only 4 teachers were rendering their services leaded by Head Master. As time passed and the strengths of students dramatically increased so it was needed to upgrade this school. Later it was upgraded to middle and then high school. With respect to up gradation of school staff was increased as well in order to fulfill the requirement. Sadly this school has been attacked number of time from land lords who want to demolish this school but it’s the school Head who stood against these culprits and defeated them. Head Master was the one who mobilized the parents and started a campaign in favor of this school along with an association viz Haqooq Teachers Association. School is running in double shifts due to the lack of sitting capacity. First shift of the school is based on Secondary Sections while the primary and middle sections are being taught in second shift. There are 33 Teacher who are rendering their service in the school including JVT, JET, EST, SST, and others.
1.3 Status of School:
GBHS Kharotabad No 01 is traditional school like we have in Public Sector. Educational activities begin from March and ended in December, while in between we have one mid-term examination and monthly tests. Majority of the students get admission in February and educational activities starts in the very first week of March. As per Article 25 (A) Right to Education (New Insertion) now states that “The state shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years in such manner as may be determined by law”. Therefore, according to the Article 25(A) and vision of the Education Department of Balochistan, "Provision of access to quality education free of cost, to every child in the province". GBHS, Kharotabad No, 01 obeys the above rule and also provide, free textbooks under the supervision of Education Department Government of Balochistan.
