In the last one month, we have put up 15 handpumps, got 5 people medical treatments, one took support for a small business, and a few other small amounts for rations. A big thank you to everyone who supports Thali - an effort and us in these efforts. May Allah make it easy for you all 🙏🏼

Sehat Ka Rishta
Sehat Ka Rishta is our latest Thali project involving self-help groups for women experiencing postpartum depression. We conduct sessions based on the Thinking Healthy Programme by WHO which was first developed in Pakistan by Dr. Atif Rahman. We are currently working with two groups of 7 women each talking about mother’s personal health, mother’s relationship with child, mother’s relationship with those around her and hygiene. We involve women in activities to lighten their moods, invite guest speakers to share their experiences, focus on healthy meals for them and make sure they are given social support they lack. We hope we can make a difference and help these women deal with their PPD in no time.
A round of applause for our team, Anita, Saleha, Sana, Kiran and Khaya who conduct these sessions and spend most of the time with these women. They work so hard to ensure extremely well organised sessions following the Thinking Healthy Programme. Thank you guys for being with us. We are super proud of you all!
