if you are looking for an experiential training, to learn one of the most comprehensive breathwork modalities available - we are launching our next cohort of our five month practitioner training this February.

Using an experiential approach, means that you will have the opportunity to release long-held tension in your body, and hold space for others along the way. Learning the theory of breathwork, anatomy, bodywork and somatic techniques such as working with the felt sense and resourcing to help clients safely move through and complete interrupted fight or flight responses.
