European Energy A/S (European Energy) has successfully completed the transaction with Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc. (Mitsubishi HC Capital), in which Mitsubishi HC Capital acquires a 20 percent stake in European Energy.

MHC Mobility delivers a fleet of new vehicles for Wedel! ✨🚗

We are pleased to announce that Wedel company has selected MHC Mobility to execute an order for the provision of over a hundred new vehicles under a long-term rental arrangement. The initial vehicles were integrated into the Wedel fleet in early April, signifying the commencement of a productive partnership.

The agreement with Wedel company encompasses the long-term rental of vehicles and includes a comprehensive suite of services. The Toyota Radość dealership is tasked with supplying Toyota vehicles (Corolla 1.8 and 2.0 Hybrid) in the estate variant.

MHC Mobility Czech Republic and Würth establish strategic cooperation in the Czech Republic 🤝💡

MHC Mobility and Würth announced a new and extensive collaboration that will have a major impact on corporate mobility. As part of the agreement, MHC Mobility commits to financing a fleet of new VW models for Würth in full service mode.

Over the next 30 months, MHC Mobility will partner with Würth to provide comprehensive mobility solutions by supplying a fleet of the newest version of Volkswagen Passat. These vehicles will be provided in full service mode, which includes all aspects of fleet management, maintenance and vehicle servicing. The agreed ammount of vehicles is set to 60 minimum.

This cooperation represents the coming together of two companies with excellent backgrounds and many years of experience in the mobility and service sector. MHC Mobility brings a wealth of experience in corporate fleet financing and management, while Würth is a renowned global leader in the supply of industrial supplies and services.

We are proud of the dynamic development of our cooperation with Lindström, which has been ongoing for over a year now. Over the past two months, we have delivered 9 modern passenger vehicles to our Client. This batch included 2 units of Volvo S60 and a total of 7 units of Opel Astra. Each of these vehicles will accompany our Client for 48 months, ensuring stability of driving and comfort of use at every stage.

Exploring innovation - The Second Mobility Club Event in Hungary by MHC Mobility Magyarország! 🔌💡

In Hungary, the second iteration of the Mobility Club was meticulously organized. During this event, esteemed clients were graciously invited to delve into the intricate operations of the Mercedes-Benz car factory situated in Kecskemét. Participants were afforded the unique opportunity to embark on a journey spanning approximately 100 kilometers from Budapest to Kecskemét aboard the latest Mercedes-Benz plug-in and electric models, thereby seamlessly intertwining the factory visit with an exhilarating test drive experience.

Attendees were privileged to test drive an array of models including the EQA, EQB, EQS, EQS SUV, GLC, GLE, and various other models, thus enriching their understanding of Mercedes-Benz's cutting-edge innovations firsthand. Furthermore, amidst the factory tour, club members were treated to enlightening presentations elucidating the latest advancements and methodologies within the realm of car manufacturing specific to the Kecskemét facility. 🚗🏭
