The new requirement for study (only for Bachelor's) visa in Poland: from now on students have to submit a recognition of their high school education from the education board in Poland.
This type of recognition is not a new thing. It was also there before but student needed to do that when they got the visa and after reaching Poland. But now the embassy said they need to do the recognition before they apply for visa.
It's a very long process and It can take 1-6 months depending on the city.
So this intake It's nearly impossible to manage the recognition, so the candidates can wait and see the results of those people who applied after 12 August.
We will see are they getting negative for this reason or not.

If you change your job, while holding a residence card based on your work in Poland, you are obliged to report this to the Urzędu Wojewódzkiego where the card was issued and to report the loss of your job. This must be done within 15 working days from the date of termination of the contract with the old employer.
The notification must be made in writing.
While waiting for the decision on the card, you will need to send additional documents such as:
Send a notification to the Urzędu Wojewódzkiego about the change of employer.
Annex to the contract to be filled in by the employer (Annex 1)
Insurance (ZUS)
Contract for the new workplace (Employment contract/work contract)
don't forget to do it within 15 days of leaving the job otherwise you may get a negative decision on your case

Bangladesh joins Apostille Convention, With that, the foreign ministry said documents attested by the Bangladesh foreign ministry would no longer be required to authenticate by the host countries of Bangladeshi students, workers, and those travelling to meet their family members.
The Apostille Convention is intended to simplify the procedure through which a document, issued in one of the contracting states, can be certified for legal purposes in the other contracting states of the Convention.

If you are an immigrant in Poland and your visa or TRC is expired, you applied for a new TRC and got stamp on passport(on the date of fingerprint/bio-metric) after that don't leave Poland before you get your decision. Because before getting the decision you are only legal in Poland not in all the schengen countries.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai inform that the new system to submit study visa applications has been launched.
From 2 July 2024, all study visa applications must be registered through e-consulate.
Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi: dates for appointments to submit visa application will be allocated according to the order of registration.
📝Our opinion: From now on the candidates don't need to try in the VFS website the whole day or don't need to pay any third party agents. But it will also make some new problems as students are bound in a time frame for applying the visa and attending the classes.
