Yesterday we had a privilege of attending the biggest real estate market event in Poland - 🏙️ has been invited by Propertynews.pl not only as a Nominee in the "Best Tenant Office" category but also as a Panelist🗣️ This distinction is particularly special for us as this area is not in the scope of our main expertise, and we enjoy expanding our knowledge through insightful encounters with specialists on the matter🧐

Our Chief of People and Culture Joanna Pejo was a part of a riveting discussion about "How do we want to work? 20 questions about workplace", conducted by Karolina Markowska, Journalist at PTWP Group🎙️ The Experts delved into the meanders of working in a remote, hybrid and stationary mode in the expanding organizations👩🏻‍💻 It's a subject especially close to our hearts, as we are still in the process of developing NATEK Office 2.0 project, which is based on the needs of our Team Members and aims to provide them with the best solutions of a modern workplace🚀 Joanna shared her experience of the benefits and challenges emerging from planning and delivering such a project on big scale from the standpoint of an HR veteran💡

What's the best way to spend a Friday evening? For some of our Team Members in Kosice, the answer is obvious – run!🏃 Once again, Runners had the opportunity to explore the beautiful Slovak city after dark and take part in a unique sightseeing experience during the 10th edition of Košice Night Run 👟🌙

Jaroslaw, Mateusz, Aleksandra, Magdalena, Joanna, Lidia, Marta, Ewelina, Weronika, Marta and Tatiana bravely cruised through Wrocław while discovering hidden spots🔎, solving clever puzzles🧩, and facing thrilling challenges🎯 It was the perfect way to enjoy a sunny weather and each other's fantastic company🤩

One of the most popular initiatives in NATEK, challenge, has brought 132 Participants this year, to walk🚶, run🏃🏻‍♀️, swim🏊 and ride🚴 together towards a common goal - donation to a charity cause🎁 Once again, it was possible thanks to the great efforts of our Team Members, who stayed active and motivated for 35 days and conquered over 38,621 kilometers!💪

As a reward for their efforts, we prepared prizes for those who achieved the best scores - high quality massaging equipment💆🏻‍♀ Because what can be a better way to rewind and relax after exercising, than a great massage?🧘🏻

How do we make sure that our organization is growing and moving in the right direction?🚀 By investing our recourses in the most valuable asset of - our Team Members🤝 At the beginning of the year, we introduced you to our initiative LEAD (Leaders Evolving And Developing) Program, that was carefully designed to empower NATEK Managers to fully unwind their leadership potentials thanks to, among others, insightful and inspiring workshops with Martyna Broda👩🏻‍🏫 Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Martyna!🙌

Based on the gained knowledge, the Managers were to create 3 business plans, which aimed to improve various processes in our company and bring new benefits to NATEK📈 All the projects were overviewed by NATEK Board Members: Jana Kruzliakova, Joanna Pejo and Paul Novak, to ensure alignment with our values, goals and capabilities👍 We are proud to say that our "Students" did a great job, and 2 of their innovative ideas will soon be implemented🤩
