There is a really cool thought behind this tattoo. Magikarp is a useless pokemon that cannot attack or do anything else, but if we care about it and let it gain experience it becomes a powerful pokemon- Gyardos. It works similarly with people, we don’t have to be the best at anything from the start, but with enough care and experience everyone can become a laser breathing dragon ❤️
