Our team recently had the opportunity to spend a few days in Dubai for a series of productive meetings with Jaguar Land Rover Discovery, Accenture, Hearts & Science, and Al Tayer Motors.
We were warmly welcomed, which added a personal touch to the professional exchange.
A highlight of the trip was an incredible desert safari, where we explored the dunes in classic Land Rovers. The experience deepened our appreciation for the brand's history in Dubai, their achievements and the region's rich cultural heritage. We'll write more about it soon.

Last week, we visited the UK for a regular JLR meeting. It was great to meet, in person, the people we collaborate with daily, but usually from behind a screen.
We had the opportunity to workshop together and share successes, lessons, and ideas.

🌐💻 As we are on the digital side of the wall, we do as much as possible to make it easier for customers to buy a car fully online.
But at the same time, the reality is - most people buy in an omnichannel way.
Reserve it online, book a test drive, or look for the closest dealer who has the car they are interested in. And their journey continues at the showroom.
Is it always seamless? As we discovered ourselves during our Mystery Shopper workshop during which we visited 32 automotive brands (link in the comments) - not necessarily. 🤔🔍
✨ Sometimes what we chose in the online configurator was impossible to buy.
✨ Some dealers spent a lot of time creating us an offer - because the system forces them to, and it is time-consuming.
✨ Most of the time, we could not find financing options on the websites.
And the list could go on and on.
So there is a lot of room for improvement. But awareness is the first step of change.
