Konnichiwa! Hello everyone! SEPTEMBER SCHEDULE is out!

Please notice that we have very limited days this month and starting off October with the Rio Piedras Market. This due to us finally taking a personal break after 4 years of what felt like the baking parkour olympics 😂! But we have learned so much and have practiced a special amount of patience only the hurdles of this island can bring.
We thank you for sticking with us during our beginnings. You know who you are 🍞🥹. We welcome the awesome new friends we’ve made along the way and up until yesterday’s power outage mayhem. We really thank you for pulling us out of the hard times and rolling with the punches by our side. Seguimos apostando a esta isla. We ain’t going nowhere yet.
This said, we will be taking some much needed personal time off and will be back with what hopefully is a revamped Mugi Pan. Fresh ideas and new challenges. This time off will not only
Serve to take care of our health and minds but will also bring new possibilities to our venture.
We hope you continue to be there for us when we’re back🙂🍞. Excited for what’s to come’

Hi there. As of 2pm yesterday we lost power and still haven’t gotten to back. We have lost all our prep(fridge exploded open with dough like a movie🙈) we hope you can understand our absence tomorrow. It really pains us to see so much product lost due to a really unstable power system. We will do our best to catch up as soon as we are able to. Thank you always everyone 🙏🏽

We always appreciate your empathy and understanding. It’s important for us to continue improving and learning.
