Beautifully designed and developed by and in collaboration with local architect Casa Azul Boutique Hotel is a stylish 12-room guest house that is set to reestablish the glamorous past of the Punta las Marías area. Centrally located at Calle Loíza in San Juan, it is readily accessible to beaches, the Luis Muñoz Marín International airport, The Mall of San Juan, Condado, Ocean Park, Isla Verde, La Placita de Santurce, Old San Juan, plus numerous restaurants, bars, museums, casinos, and much more.

Conceived as an adults-only, vacation spot, Casa Azul Boutique Hotel is an ideal space for couples and singles who wish to mix and mingle with other like-minded individuals. It is a free space where diversity and anyone without prejudice is welcomed, valued, and respected.
