And you’re going to hear them roar! Beyond proud of our Young Lions for winning Gold at the local Young Lions competition. Caro and Uli will now represent Puerto Rico and JSD at the international Young Lions competition in Cannes, France. Godspeed Lionesses!

Overall, the global share of women in leadership roles is 31%. At JSD, however, women hold 40% of our leadership roles and make up 60% of our entire team. As we celebrate International Women's Day, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible women who make our company thrive. 🙌
