I had a great time during the basketball season! Basketball can be such an exciting sport, whether you're playing, coaching, or just enjoying the game as a fan.
What made this season particularly enjoyable for me was coaching 11 girls at the ages of K-2nd grade
Coaching a team of 11 girls sounds a bit difficult especially that age group. Myself and Coach Andrew worked together to make it fun and teach the girls to develop as a group of young athletes.
We worked on building their skills, teamwork, and seeing them grow and develop throughout the season was great
The bonds formed between coaches and players can be truly special. We ate a lot of pizza during the season lol.
Overall throughout the season the girls worked hard and devoted themselves. Our season ends but we continue to connect .....

Hey there! Ralph Jr here - as you know, I work with home sellers every day, helping them with selling and marketing to specifically attract and generate new buyers.
The most important factor in getting the highest offer for your home is setting the right list price.
I’ll share with you 3 pricing strategies you can implement today to actually get your home sold fast and for more money.
1. Start with getting a comparative market analysis of your home
A comparative market analysis (or a “CMA”) is a method that compares your property to recently sold homes in the same area, which sets the baseline for you to understand your home's market value.
2. Price strategically
When pricing strategically, it's important to set an appealing price that aligns with the market and buyer expectations.
I know it’s tempting to list a home with a really high price. But if you price it too high, you’ll discourage buyers.
Vice versa, if you price it too low, you’ll simply miss out on money.
The most proven way to get the highest prices is to price slightly below market value to generate interest and spark a bidding war. It gives you massive leverage.
3. Monitor and adjust
After your home goes on the market…
Monitoring the real estate market and being prepared to adjust your pricing strategy over time is important.
The market changes, and pricing strategies may need change.
Be open to feedback from your realtor, and be flexible in making price adjustments if needed to get your home sold.

A Birthday for My Amazing Wife
Hey everyone! I want to share the incredible birthday experience I planned for my beautiful wife last week on the 18th.
The day began with a manicure and pedicure.
I surprised her with roses in the nail salon since she doesn't like to be in the spotlight.
The smile on her face was priceless!
Next on the agenda was a relaxing salon day. We had a blast at the salon with Dominique.
I had booked a full day of pampering and dinner.
When she finished I was seriously amazed. She deserved nothing but the best on her birthday.
In the evening, a surprise dinner at Thyme Rooftop Grille in Easton Pa, a new place in town.
Our server Sabrina was amazing.
She made great recommendations for drinks and food. My wife and I had great conversations about our future. We enjoyed every minute.
The highlight of the day was, of course, having the kids together at my house.
We shared old pictures and watched some basketball videos on facebook.
As the day came to an end, we lit candles on a Dominican cake requested by my wife made by Joelis Bakery in Bethlehem and sang the traditional birthday song and took pictures.
I couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to create such a special day for my wife.
To my hot wife, Happy Birthday!
Here's too many more years of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments together.

These are my 5 favorite ways to improve the value of your home without breaking the bank.

It surprises me how often people overlook these things.
Yes, they’re simple but they actually make a huge difference.
So here’s the list:
1. Curb appeal
- Maintain the lawn
- Add colorful flowers and plants for a great look
- Give the front door a fresh coat of paint use a neutral color
One time I was representing a buyer from NY, and we went to see a home in a neighborhood.
The first impression of the home led her to want to go see it. She bought it, and she still lives there today.
2. Interior painting
- Choose neutral colors like gray and light beige appeals to more potential buyers
- Repairs any cracks or nails before painting
- Don't underestimate what paint can do to the interior of a home. Don't overcrowd your rooms with big furniture keep it stylish and clean
3. Storage
- Add build in shelves and closets
- Declutter and organize closets, basement, garage and closets space
4. Smart home
- Smart home technology adds convenience to potential buyers
- Features like ring camera/ doorbell, smart thermostats and modern lighting
5. Professional cleaning:
- Deep clean the entire home make sure to use brands that have a great smell
- Clean carpets or rent a carpet cleaner at Lowes or Home depot
- Clean windows and appliances from dust and grease
Some of these are things you can and probably should do even if you’re not planning on selling and moving anytime soon.
And then once that time comes, doing all of these simple yet effective things is important to make your home appealing to people considering buying it.
The more appealing it is, the more offers you get.
The more offers you get, the higher you push the final sale price.

In 2013, I decided to follow my entrepreneurial dream. I started an independent dealership in Hillside NJ helping the community with obtaining loans from local lenders and establishing credit with lenders.
When Hurricane Maria devastated the entire island of Puerto Rico and caused a humanitarian crisis in 2017, I was honored to facilitate relief efforts from local businesses and companies. It was a very proud moment in my life to see so many people united no matter the ethnicity to help people in need.
I’ve always had a love of real estate. My father has been a real estate broker my entire life. I decided to follow in his footsteps and get my real estate license because it would allow me to further immerse myself in the local community.
I believe that home ownership is a blessing, and passing on values and educating buyers and sellers allowed me to create win-win situations for not only my clients but every person who wants to learn.
