Do you have a big family and thinking about the photoshoot? There is nothing more fun than to get together and create some memories. This family completely melted my heart. This year I decided to introduce my Mother’s Day project “Me and My Mom” to Portugal. I used to create beautiful images for moms in Australia with my wonderful partner in crime Gentle Flowers .
This time I found a wonderful Lisbon florist Stefanic who agreed to share her talent to create wonderful memories for this Mother’s Day. The goal of the project is for moms to get in front of the lens with their loved ones. Needless to say that usually is mothers are taking photos of our kids and family members, but not very often make it on the other side of the camera.
This year I decided to stick to basic perfection. Mini photoshoots with custom made flowercrowns.
Part of the money will go towards help for Ukrainian people.

Usually I’m far from politics and try to avoid discussing it on social media. But today I can’t stay silent. I’m russian. I was born and grew up in Russia. I left this country long time ago. I’m in shock and my heart goes to all my friends and their families in Ukraine.

I was dreaming of this shoot for sooo long!
I made a casting call for a girl, I knew exactly what I wanted as a flower crown and boom, at the last minute we decided to get couple of wolfs into the frame (thank you for the crazy idea Alena).
Lots of work and preparation, searching for location, right outfits and here is the result. I couldn’t be more thankful for a wonderful team.

Who else would be crazy enough to wake up at 3am to go to Sintra and shoot on the Sunrise. I have to say the light was disappointing but I’m happy I’ve done it. These are just a couple of photos but will be more. .kemet thank you for making it happen ❤️
