Who We Are
CoolHouses® Algarve, officially created in 2011, is a local company, based in Luz, that manages and rents quality properties ranging from luxury villas, beautiful townhouses to sea view apartments most of them in and around Luz, Lagos but also all over the Western Algarve.
Owned and managed by Luisa Vieira, an hotel management graduate from the Algarve University, who started working in property management in 1996, giving her a wide experience in the real estate, property management and holiday rental business.
Our multilingual staff are highly qualified professionals, with experience in all aspects of property management. Over the years we have been developing a broad set of professional partnerships with a view to enforcing the purposes of our mission as a company: a bespoke company in property management services and holiday rentals.
